Now, I use the phone 1 hour max a day, I can focus for hours, I have a good mindset, and have lots and lots of hobbies. I've unlocked my full potential. For me, i have to memorize more then 200 page in one exam and it's so sooo harddd even tho i tried it stil hard to memorize all that tho i do study everyday and being the best one in classes but when it came to exams i cannot do anything.
