The Fin whale is the second largest whale species in the world, next to the Blue whale, it can grow up to 27.3 m 89.6 feet long.
The Sei whale is the third largest whale in the world, 64 feet long and weighing 28 tons it prefers deep offshore waters and avoid polar and tropical waters.

@@nisaiahcampbell8390 The shape of three is almost equal. But the color of blue whale is blue. The fin and sei are grey. I would like to differentiate the two without using the size.

they look similar to fin whales (and blue whales) because the are all rorquals. One key difference between them is that fin whales have white colouration on their right lower jaw unlike sei whales. Additionally, while the sei whale is the third largest rorqual they aren't the third largest whale - that goes to the sperm whale. Sei whales are actually the 7th largest whale (getting up to 15.8m as opposed to the fin whale which gets up to 27.5m) which makes the size difference fairly noticeable.

Fin whale has asymmetric color of the lower jaw, the dorsal fin is quite straight, slimmer body and very recognizable chevron on their back. Sei whale doesn’t have asymmetric color, it’s darker grey than fin whale, smaller size, it’s mouth is more curve than other Balaenoptera species, due to skim feeding like right whale and bowhead whale, the dorsal fin is also much more curve than fin whale’s one.

@quangminhnguyen6541, actually, the fin whale is the only extant species in the genus Balaenoptera, rorquals are now split into six extant genera: Balaenoptera for only the Fin Whale (Balaenoptera physalus), Rudolphius for only the Sei Whale (Rudolphius borealis), Rorqualus for the Omura's Whale (Rorqualus omurai), Rice's Whale (Rorqualus ricei), Bryde's Whale (Rorqualus brydei), and Eden's Whale (Rorqualus edeni), Pterobalaena for the two species of minke whale being the Arctic Minke Whale (Pterobalaena acutorostrata) and the Antarctic Minke Whale (Pterobalaena bonaerensis), Sibbaldius for only the Blue Whale (Sibbaldius musculus), and Megaptera for only the Humpback Whale (Megaptera novaeangliae)
In fact, the sei, omura's, rice's, bryde's, eden's, minke, and blue whales are all more closely related to the humpback whale than they are to the fin whale.

Rorquals are baleen whales that constitute the family Balaenopteridae, they are a cosmopolitan family of whales, there are over ten extant species under six genera and three subfamilies, they are the largest and most diverse of the five extant families of baleen whales and the third largest and third most diverse family of whales after the dolphins (family Delphinidae) and beaked whales (family Ziphiidae), all rorquals have gular pouches and grooves located on their chin, these features are not found in other baleen whales alive today
    Taxonomy:
    • Family: Balaenopteridae (Rorquals)
•• Subfamily: Balaenopterinae (Fin Whale and Fossil Relatives)
••• Genus: Balaenoptera (Fin Whale Lineage)
•••• Species: Balaenoptera physalus (Fin Whale)
•• Subfamily: Rudolphiinae (Sei Whale, Bryde's Whale, Eden's Whale, Rice's Whale, and Omura's Whale)
••• Genus: Rudolphius (Sei Whale Lineage)
•••• Species: Rudolphius borealis (Sei Whale)
    ••• Genus: Rorqualus (Bryde's, Eden's, Rice's, and Omura's Whales)
•••• Species: Rorqualus omurai (Omura's Whale)
•••• Species: Rorqualus ricei (Rice's Whale)
•••• Species: Rorqualus brydei (Bryde's Whale)
•••• Species: Rorqualus edeni (Eden's Whale)
•• Subfamily: Megapterinae (Humpback Whale, Blue Whale, and Minke Whales)
    ••• Genus: Pterobalaena (Minke Whales)
•••• Species: Pterobalaena acutorostrata (Arctic Minke Whale)
•••• Species: Pterobalaena bonaerensis (Antarctic Minke Whale)
••• Genus: Sibbaldius (Blue Whale Lineage)
•••• Species: Sibbaldius musculus (Blue Whale)
••• Genus: Megaptera (Humpback Whale Lineage)
