    Elliot, I like where you’ve taken this. I’d like to just add on to what you’ve mentioned. Approaching customer damage is incredibly easier to address when you have done your leg work on the front end and established good rapport with that customer. Imagine your inside sales guys take an order and the first time speaking with a prospect is only when a piece was damaged. Much more difficult. Get your inside guys/ gals telling you about every piece that goes out so you have a chance to build SOME rapport even while that piece is on rent to make these scenarios go by much smoother if that first rental of theirs comes back damaged.
