An RFP by a company is just a submission, it has to be accepted, detailed designed, built, and commissioned 4. Brown Engineering RFP for Lunar Rover was NOT considered (even on short listed), Engr Ed San Juan was part of the Brown Engg RFP. He could be among the engineers. 5. I believe Engr Ed San Juan had misrepresented himself when he was awarded Honoris Causa Doctor of Engineering at Mapua Tech in 1975. Engr San Juan did remarkable work but misrepresenting yourself is not right. Regardless, I was freshman in 1975 and was inspired and made me a technologist at Global level too. 6. We should stop perpetuating this urban legend
