Extraordinary. So jewel-like, it's stunningly beautiful. I love that the lid and base are pretty much the same size , making it a bit more unique than the typical lidded container/trinket box. I'd probably put a string of battery-operated fairylights inside it at Christmas.

Beautiful, it’s like a jewellery box made from jewels! Reminds me of those turkish lamps made from copper and coloured glass, looked great with the lamp shining inside it!

yes they are excellent scroll saws and this brand is very reputed.

Another fine piece, well thought out as always. I am always amazed with how well you plan your projects. To be honest, I was hoping the lid would be more of a mirror image of the bowl-using the smaller bamboo.

I love all of the resin colors. Interesting that the lid and the bowl were poured separately. Certainly gave a unique look to the lid. Really beautiful!

I like how you use the wood layer for bowl top and lid bottom as a more clean division line, and the contrasting directions of the bamboo for the two parts of this project. It is very relaxing to watch you create these magnificent works. Thank you.

beautiful piece Morgan I love it you asked me about what would I use a laser for just some wood turning etc also maybe for my grand daughter and grandson to try etc small stuff etc but don't know what I should get etc what do you think......Larry from calif

a laser with a 10 w module is versatile, it allows you to make nice engravings and cuts,
If you want to engrave on cylindrical parts you also need a rotating roller.
Don't forget eye protection, especially with your small children 👍.

I cannot find bamboo in anything but 1/4 to 3/8. Would you mind posting source you use please? I have looked everywhere I know of. I have been inspired to use it in my turnings after seeing other videos you have had.

These Bamboo grow where I live but I think you can find it almost everywhere because it grows on every continent😉
I need to buy some of that food and toy safe wax. Where can I get it please or what’s the brand name?
it is carnauba wax, used alone it is compatible with food contact😉
