Man mujhe asthma ka bohut problm hai.. ishliye main 5 pranayam ka practice karna chahati hu... kapalvati, anulom villom, bhastrika, ujjayi, bhramri pranayam me se pehele kon sa pranayam kare... Or ukse bad konsa pranayam kare...?? Or pranayam ke pehle ki asaan korna joruti hai??
There is no fixed order defined but its always better to start from active pranayama like bhastrika, kapalbhati then go to subtle ones like ujjayi, anulom vilom , bramhari 🙂🙂 Aasan ka abhyas karna zaroori nahi hai magar hum agar yoga aasana ka abhyas pehle kare toh shareer thoda warm up ho jaata hai.. aalasya door ho jaata hai aur body pranayam k liye ready ho jaata hai 🙏🏻🙂
