Radhe radhe I love your session only one issue which I m facing the most while doing pranayam is when we close our eyes n practice brahmani , anulom vilom or dhyan my legs used to sleep they created vibration n bcoz of this m unable to concentrate so kindly guide🙏

These are three different things. Must do 10 min pranayama n maybe rotate between walk n yoga.. choose for yourself n enjoy what u do 🙏🏻🙂
