after disassembling the slider, it's a bit loose now and it slides too easy. How can I tighten the slide without modifying the rail surface? Great video!

Thank you. When you take out the buttons board from the bottom half, you unscrew the two screws that holds the board (they are also going trough 2 metal side clamps). Then you put someting in between those clamps to bend them so that they press harder on the exterior.
