So right now, I am a big ClickUp user. I have just got Todoist and I am loving how fast it is to capture tasks. That is ClickUp's biggest downfall is the speed.
I was trying to just stay in one tall bit found I wasn't really doing my tasks or keeping on top of things with ClickUp. Todoist integrates with my calendar and I can see and plan my day so easily.
Now my big challenge is what should go into Todoist and watch it going to ClickUp? I think the key is everything should start in Todoist as a central location and then I can create larger projects or move the task out to ClickUp if I need to. Like my newsletter project is currently in ClickUp because it has a whole load of checklists and sub tasks and I write the content in there and use the task in there as well.

I found the use of Miro to be unnecessary and a bit distracting in this video. This was my first time seeing Miro in action and was curious, but quickly found it annoying in this video.

I use the same apps, care to share your workflow and use-cases?

My major issue is migrating information from one app to the other, specially when there are images inside the notes. I’m trying to decide between Craft and Mem, but I know I’ll have problems to move info from one to another when I make my decision

I went to Craft, and I'm happy. More structured for me.

I am looking for the best software that includes sequential tasks? Something like a wedding planning that I set up a template and would get notifications 3 days out from the big event instead of having to start over for each “wedding” I do. I’m not a wedding planner. 😂

Tasks | Akiflow (new for me), Apple Reminders, and big repos like Drafts (my historical go-to), Obsidian, Tana
Projects | ClickUp, Notion (for hub pages mainly)

Given my new gig, I'm getting sucked into 365 more and more. MSFT Planner seems a reasonable tool. Still trying it out. Apple reminders/MSFT ToDo for tasks is good too. They integrate quite well. Craft/Apple Notes/OneNote is the current battle for me.
