anyways.. This rumia seems a lil weak, Is she worth it?

Yukari used Evasion up, so she literally evaded this spell. Rumia is worth it. She have a lot Moon and No-element, but what more interesting her easy set up because there mix of Slash, Ray and Laser bullets
