It seems Stolas' siblings aren't owls, judging by Paimon's dialogue (something like: "Stolas, right, the owl one" I believe) and his shadow before getting his bird physical appearance. There are other bird royal demons, that has been shown many times, but none of them are related to Stolas. I'm guessing each type of demon lives in certain area among their respective rings, so even if all the Goetias live in Pride they must be far away and they only see demons that look like them: bird with birds, cats with cats, etc. So they never actually meet their relatives. Anyways, these birds shown in HH are Overlords, and those are sinners, the Goetia are hellborn; so they can't be related.

Stolas was originally going to be in HH as an evil overlord, but V-pop thought he'd be great for Blitz in HB, so she asked a friend and he agreed
