Tobey will always be who I visualize as "Spider-Man." People hate on Maguire or Garfield but I can't pin them against each other. They're portrayed differently so I view each as a separate hero altogether. Nothing ruined. I kind of wanted Maguire in the 4th movie but Garfield made that Spider-Man more teen-like. A cameo appearance would've been awesome though. Just saying. xDD.

the dance part was only made to give the movie some humour...so you don´t have to be one of those spidey´s fans that only likes action and violence in films...

Sony did give a chance to Spider-Man 4. It is Raimi who led to the cancellation of the movie, considering that he couldn't find the perfect script for the movie and that he wanted to find a way to end the Spider-Man 4 movie on a very high note and make it the best of them all. Sure Sony did play some part in the cancellation by not giving Raimi more time and by pushing the deadline on 2012 instead of 2011, but Raimi is to blame for the cancellation.
@Christian4life0 I also like Spider 3, but if we compare the story, action and the villians, Spider-Man 2 was a little better... And Doc Ock was a great villian....
