    Sir can section 9 application be filed by party against whom award has been announced by arbitator. ? 2 Can a losing party file application for interim relief under section 9 of Arbitration and conciliation Act.

    It's wrong that the daughters have no right in father's self acquired property, if father died intestate, the daughters definitely have a right in it,with regard to ancestral property in erstwhile Andhra pradesh the NTR Act came into force in the year 1985,subject to marriage is criteria

      You're right. Daughters do have rights in both ancestral and self-acquired property. However, for a self-acquired property, the parent can alienate the same during his/her lifetime and a daughter will not be able to question the same. However, with ancestral property once the daughter is born, the parent cannot alienate property unless it is for a pious purpose. Therefore, for self-acquired property, the D gets rights only if the parent dies intestate or does not alienate or will it away

    Informative video!! Even after 120 days of waiting period has been exhausted, can the court grant concessions by way of additiinal days to appeal to set aside the award? How do the decree holder enforce arbitral award when the appeal is pending, in the absence of application to stay but matter pending in court for more than 8 years due to delay in proceedings? Under which section can arbitral award be executed? What are the items get covered under the Cost of proceedings to be paid to the award holder?

    my neighbour kids play in our car parking area we first requested not to play then they started to damage our new car as revenge through their parents support cctv was not covered as they scratched on other side of car where no cctv is there so insisted by parents again their parents kids firing crackers it happened to be accident near by factory when they asked who did that thmy fatther told truth so theiir parents speak rudely that they will leave their kids again to damage our cars in our parking what to do they are playing cleaver as no action on minor damage car by indian courts why indian people are so eviol and cheap ?

    Can you please let me know when the setback act or rule was formed in India? Because my neighborhood is constructing a new building as an apartment to sell them later, so i told him in the initially to leave 1.5 feet from my compound spacing and construct his pillar but he kind lied 1.9 feet is left but it's from the center of the pillar not from the start of the pillar. So, I crossed my self it was around 16 inch (1.2 feet) and asked the pillar constructing guy he said they left 1.2 feet I have seen his other constructed building where in here has left just 8 inch to 12 inch spacing on the 3 sides of the building just for plastering work to be done. Then I went back and told him to leave 1.5 feet so he said to me another neighborhood he is leaving 1.6 feet on the 3 sides but he seems to be lying for us, because he said we will re adjust at plinth level since pillar keeps shaking, so what's the process to make him leave 1.5 feet around the house? Well, mine is a 55 year old building and we have left around 2.25 feet towards his side of the house it's a 30 x 45 feet dimension property and left 2.25 for 35 feet since my grandfather built 10 feet completely to their house and no compound of ours. I don't think they had a rule for the party wall or parking space in 1965 right? Let me know what can be best to make him leave 1.5 feet

    My question is for GPA . So the seller is in USA and his name and wife name are in the property. He can’t come so he is planning to make GPA to his father in law. So can his father in law can be GPA or blood relation is required. Also as both wife and husband names are there so there will be two GPA? Pls reply

    What will be tax treatment in case of a works contractor, where royalty is directly deducted from the gross bill value. The works contractor pays tax on the gross bill value which includes royalty. Tax is already discharged on forward charge basis. Can the Revenue on the scrutiny of the P&L Statement again demand that tax on reverse charge basis?

    Sir, i would like to ask question as the award declared by arbitrator on 11-102-2018 so, my loan amount is crystalized i am ready to pay as per the arbitration award in fact I already paid almost the amount with interest only nominal amount has to pay to the financial company, but company was filled various criminal cases against me under section 138 in Gurugram Delhi because of registered firm in Gurugram. can they keeps that cases pending after getting arbitration award.
