It’s already hard enough to make a singular rotor heli. The K-52 is a lot more difficult. Mathis probably could make it, but thta would take a lot of time and testing to make simply because it’s just so difficult. Keep in mind has to make it so it doesn’t spin out of control due to not having a tail rotor. He could probably do it, but it would take a lot of time
