That drift at 5:05 was just mental... though I wonder how you fly that thing without onboard computers
Same way you’d fly the B2’s without a flight computer; you wouldn’t lol. Aircraft of this design configuration require constant corrections to maintain controlled flight and a human pilot simply cannot make movements small enough and quickly enough to keep up, ergo a flight computer doing them for the pilot is a literal necessity.*
That maneuver, while sick as hell, probably wouldn’t even be allowed by the flight computer since it was well out of the flight envelope-as seen by the double stall immediately afterwards.
*The design quirks are actually seen in the Beseige plane model and how it flies in a much less stable manner than traditional aircraft.
I would love to just see a vanilla game like this with AI to shoot down with these physics

The first missile blew off the cargo door, allowing the second to thread the needle and blow off a panel on the right side of the aircraft. The fire from the first missile started spreading along the tail.
Shots from the F-16 severely damaged and weakened the aircraft even further. The tiltrotor, now unbalanced and crippled, flew into the side of a mountain with no way of preventing it.
All 3 crew survived, and were transported to a hospital.
Crash severity:
6/10
Tiltrotor crew skill: 7/10
F-16 pilot skill: 8/10
