I am not a reggae lover but I blast this in my car with the roof open in the summer. Probably the only reggae version of a song that I love more than the original
With love and respect to Ruddy with whom I shared so much beautiful music! A great and versatile singer/writer/producer who against many odds kept going to the very end..He was always smiling no matter what. Bless! Susan Cadogan
Where the rarse is the new generation of lovers rock artists, we had created something special we need to bring lovers anthems like this back, this is coming from a yout
I have only ever heard this magnificent song before - and still think it's one of the best reggae tracks ever made. I didn't realise he'd died, but thanks for sharing such a terrific video.
Yeah well I think the reggae & soul scene 70's & 80's covered it all music wise. Im satisfied with the legacy and the times and though we have moved on musically with todays stuff Im with knowledge that those times can never ever be replicated, truly the music was a phenomenon together with the dancehall and the two step hol' a dance in the corner with your girl/man And I was there, and getting your freak on to those bombastic soul tunes. Only the priviledged few youth today exposed to this great era through gramps and granma know how this music went down the rest can keep getting their groove on to soulless music from the likes of beyonce nikki minage and pink haha! you born too late though innit my roodies!
I LOVE THE ENERGY LEGEND REST IN ZION ❤️💛💚🎤🎵🎶 THIS KIND OF MUSIC EVERYONE SHOULD BE LISTENING TO
A voice that never aged, wow. Rest in Peace Ras Ruddy!
