For this video, I dug up 4 free web hosting providers that allow you to host your site free of charge. I even went through their terms of service and tried to pinpoint their revenue source to determine which free web hosting options are best!

If you're going for a long-term free web hosting provider, I recommend you think about using cheap providers instead OR take the time to set up an Oracle instance. Because only 2 weeks after I filmed this video 000webhost and freehosting.com have deleted my websites without warning. This happens quite often with free web hosting, and you don't have a chance to recover your files.
Your uptime thing is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate the extra effort in the videos.
Dear Emit, I really appreciated your effort in creating this video and decided for one of the paid options you recommend, but when reviewing Hostinger polices I realized that they do not allow the use of Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, forcing the use of a proprietary solution that is free for one year, but then needs to be paid annually.
So I chose Interserver which is now even at a better price than the other.
Video is well put together, nice presentation and good luck!
very high quality video. good editing, colors, background, i hope you succeed in the future 🙏
Definitely earned subscription from me, that was a insightful and helpful video, thank you ❤
This is the best video I found on this topic, thanks for the effort!
Thanks for the great tutorial, it was very helpful!
Thank you for the video. Very detailed and informative
This was very helpful, thanks dude
I really like that you spend time to incorporate the terms of service into your review.
Thank you for sharing you knowledge and experience.
Excellent video with super helpful information without unnecessary upsaling pitch.
Excellent info. I appreciate you !
Great insight. It seems "free hosting" is a VERY popular search term, so this gives me validation that I was right. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how I look at it, I started out with a host that costs $13/mo. and I took the "Unlimited" "Everything" a little too far. Since then I've learned what inodes, memory et al are and a few more important details. Keep it going, dude!
Thank you for this work! Always had some foggy questions about it and this has dissipate the fog.
Nice video, I love it that you read the terms and conditions.
what's the matter with them? genuinely curious please reply
Wooooooow amazing video... I love your content and your accent is so fun. I am just enjoying learning with how you designed your video. Awesome, keep the awesome work
Mee too
Love this kind of video, keep up man. Straight to the point.
Excellent tips. Thank you.
Really appreciated your effort.
Thank you for your research
Thank you for your efforts
Perfect Video!!
Thanks for the content. The 4 year rate at $86 is not available at that price. I used your code emit reviews, the price was $172.
I have been using Interserver for years. I like their service and their support has been good when needed. I have also used Google's Firebase. I am in the process of moving the Google stuff to Cloudflare, since Google sold its domain services to a company I would prefer not doing business with. Thanks for the vid :)
what do you use your site for?
@pastoryoda2789 i have hosted a few. Some WordPress sites. I had a custom web app for journaling, another app for paperless permits for the oil and gas industry. And a few other basic sites
I am in the same process, how do you like cloudflare so far ?
thx for this usfull information u saved me from 10 hours low quality searching
Thanks emit nie explanation strength to the point can you plase make us a review about Monovm web hosting i would appreciate that thanks again
wow thanks for sharing
how about hosting free on AWS, google cloud or azure, or directly from PC what are your views on these.
Nice Editing.
You're a legend
Great stuff. Please include link to oracle free virtual private server and your tutorial video regarding it in the description. Thanks!
Very helpful for all
Hi, thank you for the content. I'm looking to build a website to host educational pdf files and link to my TH-cam videos. Ideally, no ads from the hosting server. I'm okay to pay a monthly fee (prefer economical options). What's your recommendation? Thanks again.
Infinity free actually has an inode limit so yeah. Good tutorial.
this is really good video
Hello Emit
your video is quite authentic
I had hosted my website for free and after two months its deleted by the free hosting provider.
I would not recommend anyone to go for a free hosting provider because it complete waste of time and energy.
😊
Did you had a backup site
Very very useful thanks a bunch
Dear Emit, your video is very nice and really appreciable. I want to add subtitle in Urdu language so that this can be benefited to locals who do not understand Urdu. If you permit I will do this. Thank you.
Would this work for a free online game that requires a proper hosting website to create serves such as Ark survival evolved? I have Ark survival on a mobile device which makes it free but it costs money on non mobile devices
The free hostinger option got website builder??
hello! I was wondering, will I have to pay to get rid of the hostnamer on the link?
Damn I remember the early 2000s where that was THE thing!
can you do cheapest or maybe free Vps ?
I think infinity free ha a problem with storage. I see unlimited storage on the web but when I uploaded a website upto 250mgb it runs out of strorage
Is the backup website on the same domain?
thank you
What about Github pages?
did you try vercel?
Very good video for reading policy and showing us
Hey I'm looking to do the same style of video Google search, the little video you made at the beginning of the video! I'd like to do the same but I don't know how it works! Can you please tell me how you did it?
I used blender to create the 3D shapes, added google search screenshots as a texture to the models and used adobe after effects to animate it
@@Emit.Reviews thanks !!
what about netlify?
Which web host support nodejs?
What's your recommendation on using Azure or AWS free tier to host it somehow? Like a small VM in it or any other thing in their free tier?
I usually recommend Oracle. Since AWS and Azure are limited in their free tiers
@@Emit.Reviews okay thanks for your inputs

What about vercel?
Which affordable or free web host can I use in China?
My website uses none of those (I use my own server at my home, and don't care about uptime as much)
for me anyways I like hosting on my own hardware (I trust it more, even though I am responsible for keeping the site safe)
what are you using for security? firewall, etc?

Why is nobody talking about the fact he wasn't able to fit a website under 150 MB?
How many images and of what resolution they were? Someone should tell him about compression...
I think youve got what the user sees and whats stored on the server mixed up. Yes, the "real" size of the website is 1mb, when all is loaded in. But this is only what the "users" need to download to view the site.
You cant upload a 1mb file and expect for it to work on the hosting side of things :)
Website backups are often 1gb+ in size if you ever tried to generate one and download it. This is because they include A LOT more data than what the user sees. Databases, responsive versions (mobile/tablet), logs, SSL keys, the WordPress files themselves.
Its like trying to move a car and instead of moving the actual car. You take a picture of it, and move that instead, yes the picture represents the car, but its not the same :)
Youre awesome man just saying
Thanks, man! I appreciate it
Oracle deleted my server in 3 days. And I did not even know why, you are not even allowed to contact customer care, as I was ready to pay.
It's good to live in Poland, $10 for a year of quality hosting, more than enough for small business sites.
I use vercel, but that requires you to code your website from scratch.
Everything you need to know is here
What about Firebase hosting ?
what about firebase hosting that is free as well
is hostinger free to use without providing credit card details.
000webhost is (Hostinger is their paid service)
Which one would you recommend for an estore
Any it’s just a domain
@@user-eq1td3li2s want to be sure I don't worry about security issues when it comes to finances
Shopify is really good if you don't already have a website.

Nice
Are these optimized for mobile as well?
What do you think about the free cloudflare hosting service?
Havent tried it, Ill check it out!
Is cloudflare web hosting too?
No, they're like a "middle man" between your web hosting server and the website visitor.
Storing copies of your site for a short time on various servers. Determining if its faster to show a "pre-generated" copy from a nearby server to that specific user or direct them to the original server.
These type of services are often referred to as CDNs or Content Delivery Network
We can only add 500 products ? How to add about 15000 digital downloadable images ?
Two + times = twice or double.
So It's been around 3 weeks since I filmed all of this content (I spent the rest of the time editing). And by this point my 000webhost AND freehosting.com websites are both deleted without any warning. So, I highly recommend you don't use these providers for the long-term. Remember, cheap is always better than free for long-term projects.

Are those prices per week, month or year? Sorry if that's a stupid question I am brand new. I have no idea how the stuff works yet. I've been selling Chicken and quail chicks or hatching eggs eating eggs, bunnies things like that through Facebook and want to make a website. Just have no idea where to start
What about github hosting ? You can even put your own domain name
Check out my newest vid, found a good option that also lets to use any domain
Cloudflare couldn't speed it up
what about firebase?
That’s only static websites

@Emit.Reviews i bought host from blue host for 300 Egyptian pound about 9.71$ for one year
Sorry to hear that :( bluehost is one of the worst hosting company you can get in 2023. I would recommend getting a refund if possible and buying somewhere else. They are constantly offline
@Emit.Reviews it's just for my web developing portfolio there is almost no traffic do u still recommend canceling it?
uptime site is down .... seems even paid options sucks
You sure you using uptime.emitreviews.com ? It's never been down
I'd be a little skeptical of using a hosting company that can't spell the word "lose".
Even paid hosts, they can do what unpaid hosts do. AWS and Google are 2 that have canceled web host accounts based off of political bias.
Self hosting?:

Privacy Risk (lile ip address or other info leaking)
Security Risk
but can we get a free domain?
Yeah I actually have a video for that on my channel. Its quick and simple, check it out!
Is it safe from Hacker?
Its as safe as you make it. In general, its not A LOT different from paid services. But I also left a guide at the end of the video on how to make it more secure yourself
@@Emit.Reviews thanks sir

clear case of benefiting youtuber, you dont say how much we get for space for your sponsor site, and dont mention what is clearly visible even in your video on the payment page at 9:24 , The subscription will automaticlly renew after 6months at 42dollars until canceled. So it is not 12 dolars or 6 with your code, it is 42 per 6months, that price you mention is the promotion price for the first year. not the real price.
And I know that maybe it is still cheap compared to others, but you clearly not mention that wich makes me believe you dont even care, all you care is people to use your code for your benefit.
Sorry if I'm wrong, but is what this video makes it look like. Typical come here this is better and cheaper, everyone else is worst, but dont mention that it will get out of your pocket after few months the full price.
Also the last one is the same thing, the more fixed solution, it is that price for the time you buy it, but if you forget to cancel it after 2 years, wich is probable, it will charge you doble the price meaning 800dolars, 900 almost, for 2 more years.
Lets hope the user had sucess and won money during the first promo time to afford the double jump in payment at least.
4 years not 2 my bad
You can just get free hosting, you dont have to buy. Thats the whole idea of the video
I have no money
4:19 "may cause you to loose your account" Seriously, 'loose'? They sound about as unprofessional as could be even on top of everything else.
:other free hosting servers🤓 :google sites😎
free php? you get what you pay for.
In 2024 I found another free provider that's offering unlimited CPU & RAM, SSL certificates, free subdomains and no ads! th-cam.com/video/zbbjAGbBlBE/w-d-xo.html
Lol don't use these sketchy as f services. I also wouldn't use anything this guy recommends either given he has filters set up to remove c's giving genuine free hosting solutions e.g. any genuine cloud provider.
He's shilling for dollars.
No filters set up, I mention your points in the video AND even recommend a cloud hosting provider as the best solution with a link to a tutorial on how to set it all up
The comments most likely get flagged by YT for having links and never even reach me in the first place.
@@Emit.Reviews no links just mentioned the major cloud providers by name and ghpages.
Ya I got my comment removed too my mentioning some providers
What about W3school? They launched codespace recently with Nodejs and Python integrated.

"..which may cause you to LOOSE your account"? I would never use a service from any company that failed 5th grade English.
