But seeing STEEL PIER SHOW here I missed out on all the great acts, plus seeing a high entertainment format done in Philadelphia with great camera moves is gold. Oh well, I got AM/ PHILADELPHIA & CAPTAIN NOAH at least.

This clip shows Fleming Williams, the singer on the record.... that clip you referenced showed Tommy Brown, a short term replacement for Fleming Williams. Williams came back, then lef the group AGAIN late in 1975... and KArl Russell returned, who was the group's ORIGINAL lead singer from 1970-1973.
