This is PREMIUM quality content right here. Love how Terrence was kinda star struck as lee described his old routines. Posing is such a big part of what makes bodybuilding great! Thank you for this!
Terrance Ruffin is the best poser of the 2020s and Lee Lebrada the best from the 1980-1990s is this super cool and really awesome to see they meet and do this type of thing!
This video is absolute gold! Please bring Hunter in for the sequel to share what he's learned and how he applies it, and maybe a posing routine too 😁 🙏
Just wow! Im saving this video for when im competing again. Im learning so much from this. Lee is a legend in posing and a great teacher of it too. Thanks!
Got to meet Terrence at the Labrada Classic. He came off as a truly kind and humble person in the brief interaction I had with him. Didn't hesitate to take photos with the attendees even though he just got off the stage posing his heart out. Respect 👏💪
Unbelievable..does lee ever age..looks absolutely incredible still..lives and breaths health and fitness..and I believe hunter will one day soon be mr..o...godbless
I love this session. Lee is an amazing poser. This is like passing the torch to the next generation of greatness...both guys are great at presenting their bodies. Terrance is going to be remembered years from now as one of the best posers too.
Learned so much!! I definitely am glad this video came out 13 weeks out from my first show, and excited to dig deeper into this one and many more to learn as much as I can about posing and overall performance on stage.
EXCELLENT! Old and New School Mass With Class! Intelligently discussed and exhibited. These gentlemen bring a sometimes sorely needed polish and dignity to our sport. Thank you!
Absolute top tier content, loved the parallels to martial arts and body language. Would love to see you guiding an up and coming bodybuilder for the sequel as I feel that would really highlight the common difficulties starting out and we could then see their progression on stage at the next show.
Just saw this! Great tips for posing even though I’m a female I will take some of these tips with me for the wellness division before I start competing!
Classic bodybuilding is where it's at IMO. They look much better, healthier with plenty of muscle. They need to be rewarded more in prize money. Today's Mr. Olympia competitors are just to big. Great review
This is great . They do this craft great. You can learn alot from listening to them. When you pose you need to be confident ☺️ and display your muscles properly. They r so graceful and you got to display and not to repeat your moves.
It's also great to see people hit poses without having to exaggerate their mental cues. I see someone like Sergio Oliva Jnr and his mental cues are so exaggerated. He flicks his ankles out and back all the time as part of tensing his legs and it's really distracting. Having the mental cues to remind you to do things is fine, but they don't have to be big movements. They should be part of the flow from the transition to the final pose. These guys are great examples of this.
Sir I'm from India. Sir small request. I need a good protin. I like a labrada products. I purchase for some protin in India but all protin powder in fack product sir. Including labrada products I'm in flipcart it a fack sir. I wand good protin supplement sit
This highlights the problem with Open Class Bodybuilding. Many of the guys can't hold a pose for longer than a second without having to stop and start gulping air. Most of the guys have terrible transitions, where they relax their muscles and let their stomachs bulge out. They mostly just hit mandatory poses and repeat them multiple times. You have people openly saying they don't practice posing, and just make it up on stage. At the same time, you can see them hitting the poses wrong, and making their weak points look weaker. There is nothing professional about it these days. Then you get these two guys who are the polar opposite of that. I used to love Bob Paris' routines. When Lee Labrada came along he was another classic poser that was awesome to watch. Terrence is the next person flying the flag IMHO. I don't like the "dancey" routines of people like Kai Greene. I find them a bit cringe. I love the artistic stuff like these two guys to.
Watching Lee still hit his routines is just as awe inspiring as the original.
This is PREMIUM quality content right here. Love how Terrence was kinda star struck as lee described his old routines. Posing is such a big part of what makes bodybuilding great! Thank you for this!
Awesome moment. To me they are the best of their generation in posing. Lee always my idol. Ruffin is a guy that I'll be ever rooting for

Fluidity is a huge key for posing.

Classic bodybuilding is where it's at IMO. They look much better, healthier with plenty of muscle. They need to be rewarded more in prize money. Today's Mr. Olympia competitors are just to big. Great review
Bodybuilders of yesteryears are artists. Nowadays bodybuilders are just mass monsters.

❤️🇨🇿Nádhera Champion Lee my idol 90 let. 💪👑🏋️
so faltou a tradução dos videos para portugues
If the doing a posing award they should get all d best posers from each category to pose
Which song is that 32:00
Lee's arm movement is stronger and Terrence's are delayed and softer, then speed up towards the end. Two different styles, but both look graceful.
39:00 quarter turns
Artistic posing is still so refreshing to see. It separates the brutes from the artists.
This video must be protected at all costs
Lee is still looks better than 98% average 20 years old gym goers. Wow.
