I noticed that Mia at first out of the cage, that she was very observant, and watching all the older monkeys and what they were doing. She's a good learner 👏👏👏⭐🐒 IndiKo, I noticed that she is a mama's girl, she was also dry nursing a lot, probably comforting to her.❤️ And Harold, he's a socialite independent little guy 😎 Thank you to all the staff volunteers, and donators ❣️ I thoroughly enjoy Thursdays and Sundays, it makes my day smile a lot more 😁
Remember their south of equator, seasons are opposite. Always warmer there, their summer (winter, is rainy season) this was most likely videoed in spring
How could anyone hurt those angelic little faces that God himself created is beyond me. I don't understand the way some people think or don't I should say. Thank you to all who help them beautiful animals
ISA MARIA!! OMG!! She's the reason I started following the VMF I fell in love with her! She was such a strong independent but also caring and loving baby. It was back when the videos were longer, you really got to know the babies better so she really has a spot in my heart 😍
It appears that both babies at 7:15 of the video have blood marks or wounds on each of their right shoulders not sure if this was noticed but I just realized it and wanted to make sure that you were aware could have possibly been the way the light was shining on them but not sure?
When Isa-Maria was right in front of the camera, you can really see how beautiful this species is. And protective! So much eyebrowing going on. These little ones are going to be just fine, they are loved by their new family. 💕💕💕
It's quite rare the alpha-female will foster 2 babies simultaneously as we don't use them for the initial integration, but they'll often take a baby once in troop, and maybe have one from previous years. It depends whether they learn the dominant behaviour and of course their own personality, so not always a given. In D&D, Crumpet is the alpha's foster-daughter and is very dominant so she will almost certainly take over if needed.
Love the background sounds. And monkeys of course.
You are doing such wonderful work💞 Thank you to your and the whole team
Forgot it was Thursday. Love watching. Amazing work by the staff 😂and volunteers. The more I watch, the more I want to volunteer there

Hazel is a very good Foster Mom! Thanks for this video
That poor monkey that she has to carry 2 babies at once, bless her heart.
Absolutely no problem for them to carry 2 babies, Hazel is also one of our largest females 🦾

Kikinette, c'est un nom très francophone !
I would like to be able to look at the latest seasons as well
Thanks
How nice of you.
Thank you so much
Did lldiko get her own mommy?
After a few days in the troop she was being followed and protected by one of the highest ranked female, so in very good hands 👌
When two orphans are adopted by an alpha mom, what determines which baby becomes the alpha when that time arrives?
It's quite rare the alpha-female will foster 2 babies simultaneously as we don't use them for the initial integration, but they'll often take a baby once in troop, and maybe have one from previous years. Do any of these mothers had baby of their own or have milk for the babies
I believe very few, the bandits have babies
I wonder what those cute black faces feel like. Are they leathery...or furry?
furry
I’ve heard them be described as like velvet.
The babies look like they are nursing at times? Do they use moms as a pacifier even though they have no milk?
Why don’t they each get a mum so mum’s don’t have two at a time?
They do
