You were always a hypocrite doing Takkiya. Stories and apparent facts contradict each other. ? I don't fall into sects. I had been agnostic till I turned 26. I started believing in Christianity and after deep research, I reverted to true Islam. I tried Shiaism first but could not turn against those whom earth let buried beside Prophet (saw)? The same sacred earth that was shaken when Bibi Zohra's (as) hair was exposed, according to Shia Zakir. If your cult is really on the right path then tell me any blessed name of any Shia commander ever adding one inch to the Islamic empire in the empirical era?? I am an ordinary person and it does not matter if my wife were disobedient to me but I would never ever allow any low-level outsider to curse my wife for centuries in processions. Allama Amin Shaheedi has profound knowledge and presented a logical argument. I respect and love Mufi Hanif Qureshi because of his eminence love for our Prophet SAW and his family. However, I believe we must take a clear stand with Haq. Allama Iqbal has powerful couplet to address such occasions:

آپ اسلام کے لئے بدنامی کا باعث ہیں کیونکہ اسلام ایک پی ایچ ڈی گائیڈ ہے جو مسائل کا حل فراہم کرتا ہے اور متعہ سرٹیفکیٹ کے تحت جسم فروشی کے نتیجے میں مسائل کو جنم نہیں دیتا ہے۔
اس سے پہلے توبہ کریں کہ بہت دیر ہو جائے کیونکہ زندگی مختصر ہے اور وقت پرواز کر رہا ہے
اور ان لوگوں کے لیے رونا بند کرو جو اپنی عظیم ترین قربانیوں کی وجہ سے اب تک بہترین ثواب حاصل کر رہے ہیں، چیمپس کو پیچھے چھوڑ کر صدیوں سے اپنے سینے پیٹ رہے ہیں۔

Being a muslim, the shia school has a stronger an dlogical stand on this. Sunni schools are "Lets keep quiet and keep the party going". Hazrat Ameer Muwaiyah broke the pact with Hazrat Hassan RA. Remember Muwiyah stood against Ali RA (SUnni's call it IJTIHAADI GHALTI) and then against Hassan RA (I wonder why)
The pact that Hassan RA signed with Muwiyah was that he would not NOMINATE a SUCCESSOR (some sources say that it would return to Hassan RA- who was later poisoned). Muwiyah went against it and nominated his son. Imam Hussain RA fought for that. That is the Islam (Haq and Batil) Shaheedi sahab is discussing. Keeping quiet on this is killing the spirit of oath.
Remember Muwiyyah never punished any "killers of Uthman RA" and historians state it was just "an excuse to gain power". Rest is history, we stand today "keeping quiet" labelling each other kafir!

But their opinion is that Hazrat Ali RA/Ahle Bait were on Haq and Muawiyya was wrong. The Ijtihadi fault logic used for Muawiyya has been debunked too. Its not possible that 2 people are fighting and both are doing Jihad!
The problem arises when some scholars start praising Muawiya in such way that they try to compare him with Hazrat Ali RA. Further hadith narrators have stated categorically that all hadith in favor of Muawiyya are "fake" and "false"
History is of utmost important\ce as it tells us what and why it happened. Why Siffin and Jamal and why force against Hazrat Hassan RA leadng to his abdication and later murder and who benefitted from it.
No one insults sahaba but where the distinction for right and wrong is to be discussed one has to state who was right.
Many learned scholars have written books and i will mention only one "Khilafat aur Malokiyat" by Maulana Maududi who called Muawiya tenure as "Malokiyat" ie KINGSHIP.
Rest what ever you have written is out of your emotions but kindly remember in religious research and history, emotions have no place.

A huge part of wahabi and deobandi sect believes that yazeed (jahanmi & lanati) was right and they are also batil and lanati and will meet yazeed in Jahanam. Any other believes in yazeed was right is also Jahanami.
Edit: And who keeps silence on this matter is need to reconsider his/her Shahadah. You cannot keep silence on this matter. You need to take side: either Haq or batil.
