Yes, the Grand Old Man "Raja Saheb" of Himachal - the most revered and videly respected by the people of Himachal - His last elections !!! Post Virbhadra Singh - the times of politics shall never be the same - the finer virtues, values, ethos, compassion for fellow human beings shall become scarce. The sober and urbane political culture of this quite and quaint state of Himachal Pradesh shall replaced by the shrilling rusticity of neo-political behaviouralists. Lets see and wait for the election results, how the people of Himachal Pradesh votes.

in hp, it's not dirty politics. unlike other states where there are several allegations against politicians along with wrong doings, himachal's politicians are often loved by the public. There's a reason that this state is now top3 in HDI amongst the indian states. when the first hdi list came out back then... we were not in top 20, now we are in top3. this is primarily attributed to the fact that people here are honest and politicians are good
