This was a great video Javier! My processor is not real fast, so it takes a while to go through the process of audio enhancements. But the real frustration is that when I started cutting my segments, premiere pro immediately started again. Curious if you've seen anything like this on your computer. Essentially it has to re-calculate the audio enhancement... because a piece was removed.
I’m curious about this as well. It’s slowed the editing process to a crawl if I try to enhance a larger piece of sound then slice it. Doing this with a million little pieces also seems like it would be a pain. Is there a way to “lock” the edit in place rather than constantly recalculate?
My videos generally consist of a blend of two languages. If only transcriptions could detect change of language throughout a recording. Until then, text-based editing is not my way to go unfortunately.

This demo is done in the beta version, where the UI is a little different! In the current release of Premiere Pro, you can go to the Essential Sound Panel and find the checkbox next to "Enhance Speech" under the Clarity menu. ^CS

Great question! "Low-confidence words" means that Premiere isn't completely sure if it transcribed the speech correctly. If you enable "low-confidence words, " Premiere will underline words it's unsure of. It can be a helpful visual indicator when proofreading your transcript. If you don't see any underlines, Premiere thinks it did a good job! ^CS

When exporting using the Beta Media Encoder the Enhance Speech effect doesn't export with the video, but it does export if exported through Premiere Pro - is exporting the effect through encoder not available or am I doing something wrong on my end?
Great question! "Lift" will remove the pauses in your clip but leave a gap in your timeline where that pause used to be. "Extract" will remove the pause and shift all your clips to the left to close the gap. ^CS
