Thanks for a realistic review. I appreciate how you showed not only what you liked and didn't like but how you organized and used it. I think that's the missing usefulness from a lot of reviews online. There is a lot of bags/backpack reviews but most them are empty or filled with not daily realistic items. Thumbs up, and God bless.
Thanks. I never liked bellroy after a negative customer service experience. But I can’t seem to find anything that is about this size of a briefcase. So made the purchase after watching your video.
I got this about 1 week ago, I really like it because it is lightweight, design is intuitive, and versatile for a weekend too. However, because of its lightweight material: 1. it doesn stand on its own 2. when you have a variety of things in it, it doesnt hold its form. 3. it is a bit too casual for a suit and tie office environment, even the black one For some, those 3 reasons may be dealbreakers. My only gripe is the 2nd one
I totally hear what you’re saying. A bag of this size that doesn’t stand on its own is normally a deal breaker for me, but the comfort of this bag as well as the way the zippers worked allowing great access inside the bag while wearing it made up for that for me.
Really enjoyed this review, thank you, I’m almost sold but I wanted to ask your opinion on this in comparison to the aer commuter brief. All my current backpacks and slings are aer, but I do find them quite heavy and I’m concerned about this if going for an aer brief style messenger. For context, I am very much into pouches, I would be carrying a 15 inch dell laptop (for work) which is much heavier and bulkier than my MacBook and at least 3 or 4 small to medium pouches like the alpaka hub and utility. Plus an aer tech pouch large.
Thanks so much! If you’re at all concerned about the weight of the bag I’d def go with the bellroy over the aer. I love how the aer stands up on its own, but the bellroy is a lot lighter and opens wider for easier access to your pouches etc.
Thank you for your quick reply, this does help a lot! Bellroy also put it on sale for £95 today in their outlet which is also a big deciding factor. I also subscribed, I look forward to more of your reviews.
I would really like to know your opinion on the Boundary Supply Rennen Tote and the Shoulder Bag that attaches to it. This is because I can see you carry a lot of stuff, but not so much tech, like me. Most reviews of the Rennen are made by techie people. The only tech I carry is a 13-inch laptop. All the rest are just girl stuff. Plus a Kindle.
i just got it and it has creases (not sure if its the material or the shipping) since it was probably in that position for a while in storage? Did you notice that when you first recieved got yours? @@Enjoyyourcarry
Oh man, that’s a bummer. No mine didn’t have creases but it was sent to me by its previous owner in a large poly bag and if I remember correctly it was not bent or folded in any way. Maybe contact bellroy about it? See what they would recommend.
I no longer have the bag unfortunately (I can’t keep them all), but if you look at the model on the bellroy website that can give you an idea. I’m about 5’5”, similar to the model in the photos.
Thank you for this review!
Sure thing!☺️

Thanks so much, I appreciate that feedback!
I've been thinking about getting this bag for my one day a week commute to the office. This helps me to make a decision. Thank you.
Awesome, I’m so glad!

I really hope the bag works well for you!
Thank you very much; I have a similar bag for work which need replacing. I am going for the Bellroy next.
You’re welcome! So glad it was helpful. Bellroy rarely disappoints 👍
Great review. I have been eyeing this bag and this review has helped me to decide to purchase. God bless.
Thank you! You too!
Thanks for the review. The images on the website don’t, really, sum-up everything. I hope it will fit my 16in MacBook Pro.
Thanks for you feedback 👍-it should fit your laptop!

I love the size, color and especially the luggage pass through strap but I would miss a water bottle pocket.
Yes I can understand that. It would be cool to have interior one, I think.

Thank you for your comment! I haven’t tried the tote that you’re talking about but maybe I’ll try to get one and give it a try!
How did you get the creases out?
I’m not sure what you mean🤔…

What does the via work bag look like on you?
