Mr fix it uzakufumana from the reservists and private security services, take for example the reservists the ANC didn't have it's own police people for integration except VIP unit that is under crime intelligence, kwi security services ya private, it was regulated by the ANC government, now a security that is doing a job in a particular site that can be done by the senior managers or manager of the company has to receive her or his salary as determined by the government regulation or elevate a person to the salary of a certain grade but in the past because before passed that law, companies had to negotiate every position of their guards or officers
