Use of Sump Tank in Marine Aquarium
In this video we talk about the importance and use of sump tank in marine aquarium.
Sump tank is the most essential part of a marine fish tank that controls the water maintenance of the fish tank.
Setting up a good sump tank can also be beneficial to the aquarium fish for a long life.
Crystal clear water helps the fish thrive in the aquarium longer.
We divided the sump tank into parts for a better understanding of the use of sump tank in marine aquarium for the marine fish or saltwater fish.
The first part of the sump tank is the filter sponge which absorbs all the aquarium water dirt with fecal matter.
The next part is the skimmer which is the most important part of the sump tank in a marine aquarium.
Marine skimmer helps to remove organic waste from the aquarium.
We then get to know about the different parts of skimmer like the suction pump and control knob.
Next part in the sump tank is bio blocks and marine rock which uses the bacteria to cycle the tank.
We then get to know about the water pump which passes cycled water back to fish tank and the air pump is used to maintain aeration in the sump tank.
Lastly we also get to know about the additional sump tank requirements for a reef tank.

We were about to mention the skimmer rates at the end but then people would have started commenting about it being expensive. But for maintaining the tank, a good skimmer is recommended. Btw, Thanks.

Actually i am planning to make a marine aquarium but in my city the accessories are not available or the one seeling is asking for lot of money and i knw its not that costly.
So plz make a video regarding live sand, live rocks, Marin salt and skimmer because available on Amazon is also expensive.

Golden pearl will be aggressive after it gets bigger so its better you keep a Silver Arowana
