This little rat is called Saffron, or Saffy. She's a naughty little thing but is still the cutest dog in the entire world. Everyone loves her, even people who are not dog people at all! She is a Tibetan Spaniel.
The dog isn't thinner, its coat is. Tibetan spaniels are naturally slim dogs when viewed from above, you just can't tell because they generally have a poofy coat.
