My late dog was a balloon killer too. She was a Pekingese/Mini-Poodle mix and she loved to grab balloons and savage them until they popped. No balloon lasted long in our house.
Finlay is so adorable! We had a dog that looked exactly like him but the birth parents were both Shizhus so I never knew what he was for sure. I miss him every day since he passed away in July. Now I know my heart is ready for a new dog, and I will look for a "Tibbie".
