Songs like this are so hard to play, not because they are particularly difficult, but because it's the same tight groove for over 9 minutes.

I'm sorry, but this is just awful. The high hats especially are sloppy. Just listen to how tight and precise Boris plays it. I'm sure Jason's a great guy, but these songs NEED Boris Williams or they're nothing.

@@ferd1572 it can only mean that Jason doesn't play them so lazily or with such a variable tempo.. Or maybe it's just that he doesn't have the sound engineer applying lots of reverb to make the drums sound artificially massive.. Give me this drummer playing the parts no matter how tricky rather than just laying back and looking cool with reverb to sound cool any day.
