Hey man - I've just purchased one of these in the UK. We are 240V but that would mean pulling like 15 amps and most sockets are rated for 13 amps. Think I need to get a higher amp socket installed?

Hi Andrew, I am from UK as well, do we need higher amp socket installed? How do I find out what amp socket I need as I will be buying cannan avalon 1249 or the 1199 Pro etc?

@@elonworld9253 Hi Kkan, it seems that double sockets are normally tested to a British standard that is for 20 amps - 14amps on one plug and 6 amps on the other. I'm not 100% still. My 1246 arrived but a sensor inside is broken so having to send back to China :(

Hello Jimmy, thanks a lot for your videos, right now i'm exploring the mining space. I wasn't aware about the mining world until i saw your helium videos. I'm gonna start with Helium in the near future. For today I'm gonna ask you a question that has nothing to do with your video. I'm looking to buy a good ergonomic chair, i'm thinking about a game chair, but i saw many review saying an Office chair is better than a game chair. Can you give me the model of the chair you use ? i would like to buy a chair with same look if it's enough comfortable

Yo! thank you for this amawing video. I am starting a ASIC mining immersion cooling farm with 8 units. It is going to be a really good challenge since ASICs will heat my house during winter by being connected to my heating water network. I am struggling with few questions. Do you know any good fan spoofers for this model, any idea ? there are different to Bitmains (square connector instead of line connector). same issue with 3 small fans on PSU, do you think i can keep them in oil while running ? if you guys know anyone who already made it, please share with me the contact/ thread or whatever !! would be much appreciated !

Seems like a terrible investment tbh. Not only would it take at minimum a year to even break even on your investment, the algorithms, get harder and harder still, meaning your $10,000 miner that was pretty decent a year ago is now only somewhat decent and keeps getting worse every year, lowering your profits.
