Lauren broke the record for attending the most tribal councils with 15 and is tied for surviviving the most tribal councils with Denise. New survivor legend!
Lari Alanko This season was just so disappointing in so many ways. Enjoyed the personalities, was so excited to watch Joe, David, Aubry and Wentworth but the editing and concept of extinction was horrible.
I've said this since the beginning. Invite 2 people back from the edge at final 8/9 with half an idol each and final 12, which happened with Rick, not final 5. I get what Survivor was doing, its a major thing to watch the finale for and it makes you want to watch it but no just no.
Colten Stoddard Lauren also got screwed by Wentworth's big mouth. I'm sure if Chris didn't come back she would have used her idol carefully and done well.
Stop hating this winner, this was theme of the season he literally did everything he could... He fooled Lauren to play her idol on him, he won immunity, gained Rick trust that Rick even gave his half idol back to him and that fire making move... He did more things than Gavin and Julie did in 39 days
wtestixfi 6.5/10 premerge (first two eps were pretty bad and Kama getting not much screentime but some good eps after Keith’s boot made up for it) 7.5/10 merge 9/10 ending (that fire making is like the most entertained ive been by survivor in a hot minute) 4/10 (GAMEPLAY) winner. Loved Chris, but he was voted out. However he played as good as he could’ve in the last few days
wtestixfi ten out of ten for finale. I found it extremely entertaining and unpredictable. Also it was cool how the two people who returned from the edge went head to head to see who would win
CRAZY Survivor Fanatic I wouldn’t say rigged, but rather lacking, as if you HAVE to find an idol every single round, then I would take that into account in the finals, if the producers hid the idols in a way that makes them legitimately difficult to find, then I would be fine with this
Looking back, Rick often on the wrong side of vote, that make me wonder is he really the biggest threat to win?? I think Lauren, victoria , even Gavin are more convinicing to get jury vote.
Birkaran Dhillon victoria was the leader but lauren was the executer. I’d give them equal credit but i would personally vote lauren because underdogs. I could see either of them winning
The season was good but we had a bad winner. He’s a player but he did not deserved the win over Gavin. He did make some moves but Gavin played a better game.
Zed Why He was not. WATCH the season again and you will notice that he at least swin a couple votes has a passenger. At least he won 2 immunities and had an amazing social game.
Faisal Calderon he deserved it out of the final three and I’m glad he won. Not the best final 3. He’s definitely not the greatest winner but he did do the best he could in those last few days, including making honestly one of the best moves ever
Bangalie Kanu But that's all he had, a social game. You can't tell me that Chris didn't play a better game in 4 days than Gavin in 39 days. Chris made flashy moves, strategic moves and all the works.
I feel like Chris deserved his win. He utilized EoE to his advantage by catching fish and just generally being a nice guy. He had the jury management down, and when he came back he made some powerful moves like befriending Lauren by telling her about the idol and aligning with Devens, he ultimately trusted both of them and they helped him because he put their trust in them. And then that final four fire making challenge for sure gave him the win, he would’ve lost most likely, even if Gavin beat Devens and that was his only way of winning, I feel he for sure deserved it.
Obviously it feels fair because the twist was in the game. But the twist went agaisnt all survivor stood for. The thing about the merge is that you vote people off that will then be the jury and vote for you. Gavin or Julie never had a chance to interact with reem at all. Chris had an insane advantage that he never had to vote out any of the people in EoE and was just friends with them. Plus he was already voted out. Imo one of the worst winners. However, he did win fair and square.
The thing is, despite the jury management, he had to make moves to put on a resume over the span of 4 days. I felt like Chris did everything he needed to do to surpass Gavin and Julie, but personally, I feel like if they made the second extinction challenge earlier, (maybe after wentworth/wardog left), there would be more time to flesh out whoever got back in, and balance out the fairness. I was rooting for chris to rejoin but it still felt abrupt, and that's why fans are raging over his win.
And Rick was like pretty much on the wrong side on every tribal council so I dont think he is much of a threat and a winner. He is mostly immuned by the necklace or an idol. And if it weren't for those he would have been gone a long time ago. He was super entertaining tho. I hope we get to see him play again.

People saying “worst season ever” smh, there’s still some great parts about it and it does DEFINITELY NOT go under One World, Redemption Island, Worlds Apart, Thailand, Nicaragua and HvHvH. It’s a meh middle of the road season.
I liked the first three episodes, but Rick, Aubry, and Wendy's elimination episodes were pretty awful to me. Joe getting out made me legit hate the season because of the predictability, but Eric's elimination episode through the end was golden. This season gets a 6/10 for me.
Dalerz someone said this was the worse season just cause the twist and under RI. Rly? Looks like the recently bias strikes again, this time saying this was the worse just cause it was the most recent. I’ll rank the season overall in the bottom half, but the finale(final 6) belongs in the top 5 finales because Chris came out of nowhere and literally one of the most perfect games he could. And that’s not easy. He could have been easily been voted out at F6 if he did not fool Lauren.
Lauren and Victoria really only have themselves to blame. Lauren got duped into giving away her idol, and Victoria blew it when she voted off Aurora over Julie or Lauren.
@@AlexMartin-ek9ox Yes there is. Gavin said that he came to play and oldschool game of Survivor, and uses the Edge of Extinction as an excuse for why he was robbed. Well tough shit. This isn't the dark ages of the early 2000's. The jury members who didn't vote for Gavin favored players who played aggressively, took risks, and made the most with the hands they were delt. Gavin did not take any real risks, and that's why he made it to the end without receiving any votes against him, and just like Mike Skupin from Philipines, that WASN'T seen as a good thing. More than anything, Survivor is about Adaptability. Gavin played too oldschool and did not properly adapt to the literal theme of his season plastered on his freaking buff, and for that he has to settle for 2nd place.
I loved this season and its cast, everyone was there to play. My cast ranking: 18. Eric 17. Keith 16. Rick 15. Joe 14. Chris - Great job at the end! But I was never really rooting for him. 13. Based on what I saw and interviews I read, here's my ranking of gameplay/ more likely to win: 1. Devens- He may be at the wrong side of the votes most of the time, he survived from merge up to the final 4 despite of being in the minority. Majority of the jury actually are rooting for him. But im not a fan of him. 2. Victoria- shes the most screwed by the EOE twist. Very under the radar gameplay and always aware of whats happening. 3. Lauren- Not a fan also, but shes likeable and actually strategic. But her playing the idol for Chris at F6 was one of the underrated dumb moves ever. 4. Wentworth- gonna put her at 3rd but she was voted out at F9. Its the first time in all of her seasons that shes in power since premerge, put up at the bottom at merge because of numbers, but rose again early post merge. Still shocking that despite of having the biggest reputation of the returnees, she still lasted the longest. 5. Wardog-In control of majority of the tribal councils she attended to, except Joe's and his own elimination. Too early to cut Wentworth out of the game was his downfall. 6. Gavin- The only person who did not receive any vote the entire season despite of being a physical and social threat. 7. Aurora- I really like her. But theres no way that they will keep her around because of being such a physical and strategic threat 8. David- More than half of his story was blindsiding Wentworth, setting aside other players who were also gunning the returnees.
This is why I think the EOE twist is completely FAIR and also why Chris truly DESERVED to win. Some says that EOE just gives a player the ticket straight to the final 6 but it is not guaranteed and they would have to fight for it and earn their spot just like the players that are left in the game. If you are the one who is on their spot, you would know how hard it would be to keep fighting once you are voted out already. It is a gamble because you are not guaranteed to come back in the game and if you did return, there is a huge chance that you'll be voted out again. Chris managed to be very patient until his time had come to play the game. EOE is about rewriting your Survivor experience from being a loser into becoming the winner. EOE is about learning from your mistakes. EOE is about rising from ashes like a Phoenix and that's why I think Chris would be the perfect representation of this unique and entertaining season. He earned it. He worked for it and with the limited time he had to prove he is worthy, he still nailed some big moves for his resume. People are being bitter that Chris is the winner but they didn't realize HOW HARD IT WOULD BE TO CONVINCE THE JURY TO VOTE FOR HIM SINCE HE IS THE 3RD PERSON VOTED OUT OF THIS GAME. Haters gonna hate but Chris is already the winner and all your complainings doesn't matter anymore. This season is AMAZING IMO.
*Rick Devens* is the unofficial winner for me. He had all the targets on his back from everyone since day 1 and still made it to day 38 in a game where Goliaths are always on the wrong end. PS: Chris' 28 days off the actual game is too much of an anomaly to go with the 2 item package that includes the instant idol and the bond with the jury going into top 6. Sad flawed Show.
bdusa He wasn’t a target until the swap and became the target because of his own fault. He didn’t even try forming alliances or bonds with people once David was voted out.
A.J Deets You do realize that Rick still played the best game, most of everyone is fine with the merge return. Had he won the fire making challenge, Rick would've won and rightfully so. One of the best finale plays in history of survivor.
@@strangestcraze7743 Yes bro and what most people are forgetting is that it's not like Chris only had one shot to return he had two chances while the others only have one. So yes we are just as confused as Chris is right now.
Rick was apart of 0 blindsided and had no social game. In my mind a good winner has a good social game, voting history, and challenge/idol history. He has 1/3 criteria while people like Lauren did much more.
I just want to point out that the three major front runners to win this season, Victoria, Lauren, and Rick, all lost do to the blunders they made in the tribal council before they were axed. Rick could have won if he didn't give Chris back the other half of that idol at the final 5. Lauren could have won if she didn't give away her idol to Chris at the final 6. Victoria could have won if she voted off either Julie or Lauren instead of Aurora at the pre-Chris final 6. Chris may have gotten back in the game on day 35, but he played his ASS off those last four days, and you know what, he played his ass off on the Edge as well. Haters gonna hate, but personally I think Chris definitely earned it. P.S. He had the BALLS to do what Dom should have done in the final 4 of Ghost Island, but didn't. If Chris just played it safe an let Gavin beat Devens at fire, Gavin deffinatly wins this season.
@@GalaxyWulf342 Also a likely possibility. The point is Chris could only win this season by both winning immunity, and then making the riskiest move possible by giving up that immunity and taking out Devens himself.
beybeykess Chris did lie to Lauren about what Kelley said, and anyway Lauren shouldn’t have trusted Chris anyway. He was clearly a huge threat to win the game, so it was poor gameplay from Lauren, but brilliant manipulation from Chris
Bottom 15 season but at least its a Good Finale Love: Chris, Gavin, Lauren, Victoria, Aubry, Reem Like: Aurora, Wardog, Kelley, David Mehh: Julie, Julia, Eric, Joe Hate: Rick, Ron, Wendy, Keith
People kept telling Chris just play 12 days of Survivor. He played 39days he just didn't televised a more than half of the episodes because he's on the edge of extinction just accept he play the right way and he wins, he deserved it. If Devens was on the top 3 for sure Chris will not win
I'm glad that Chris did the fire making challenge with Rick instead of choosing Gavin or Julie because they would have probably lost, which Rick would've won. At least if Rick didn't win, It's ok. But I was rooting for Gavin.
Kids these days! Back in my day (Pearl Islands), a jury would never pick somebody already voted off to win over a player who never received a vote against them yet alone never being voted off.
Don’t know why people are complaining about this season. If it weren’t for the Edge of Extinction we would’ve had a finale consisting of a bunch of goats

Commenting Person He worked hard, found Idols and won immunities so he gets an A for that but he didn't have a social game, played with too much emotion and not enough strategy, had 2 fails with an idol, and was on top of 2 votes
Made more moves while he was in than the other 2 did for a whole 39 days. Also came outta no where to play a perfect game and sway the jury. How the fuck was Chris a bad winner lmao
I have no clue why in early Manu David/Devens/Chris/Wendy/Keith didn't align and annihilate Wardog/Wentworth/Lauren. My best guess is that Wardog was manipulating all the dynamics so masterfully

But theres no way that they will keep her around because of being such a physical and strategic threat
8. David- More than half of his story was blindsiding Wentworth, setting aside other players who were also gunning the returnees.
Bro can u put the entire final tribal council? Please🙏
They could but it's going to be hard or near impossible with how TH-cam's copyright system works; it would have to be split into multiple parts
The winner came out of nowhere.lol but that one move chris did to make sure devin will not make top 3 qualifies him to win over julie and gavin.
Bruh keith honestly one of the worst players in survivor history did not do anything right
Never seen some so happy about being voted off *cough cough* *Wendy*
Why is the 6th vote out always memorable recently? Sandra, Ali, Natalie, and now Wendy?
Bangalie Kanu Himt Hint they are back again
Figgy,Peter,Woo,Joaquin
Ali was memorable because has robbed she was. James was a memorable for me because of the face he made after the 4-1 blindside.
How*
I want Joe, Aubry, & Kelley to Play Again!
Me too!
@ IKR?
yep
JOE? For what reason?
TheRManProds Add David to the list.
Chris was literally in the game for 13 days and he still wins 🤯🤯🤯🤯
I agree
Roger Towny Jr. I reckon devens would have won the fire making challenge and would have won
@@GalaxyWulf342 Also a likely possibility. The point is Chris could only win this season by both winning immunity, and then making the riskiest move possible by giving up that immunity and taking out Devens himself.
Roger Towny Jr. yeah, which basically won him the game
Except Victoria and Lauren went home because of information that Chris got on EOE
beybeykess Chris did lie to Lauren about what Kelley said, and anyway Lauren shouldn’t have trusted Chris anyway. He was clearly a huge threat to win the game, so it was poor gameplay from Lauren, but brilliant manipulation from Chris
Phenomenal season. Hated it at times, but after Joe got voted out it became electric.
Bottom 15 season but at least its a Good Finale
Love: Chris, Gavin, Lauren, Victoria, Aubry, Reem
Like: Aurora, Wardog, Kelley, David
Mehh: Julie, Julia, Eric, Joe
Hate: Rick, Ron, Wendy, Keith
Caster Troy Gonzaga rick was so good though
@@GalaxyWulf342 at being out of he loop and being overrated. So good
Hate... Wendy...?????????
Wendy is my survivor goddess how dare you
For me it’s this
Love: Rick, Julie, Vic, David, Wendy, Aurora
Like: Gavin, Aubrey, Kelly, Reem, Chris, Lauren
Meh: Joe, Ron, Eric
Disliked: Julia, Keith, Wardog
Honestly reem was this seasons fan fav so I wouldn’t be surprised is she returned
You should make a vid on your boot list
People I think have the best shot at returning:
Reem, Wardog, Devens, Chris
Commenting Person finally someone I agree with
Devens and basically guaranteed
1:05 was that music foreshadowing?
I’m from Ireland and didn’t get to see any of last tribal on my link, please post it!
This is one of the only casts where you know everyone’s name lol
Still survived 5 more tribals than Joe
True Survivor fans would know why exactly Chris deserved to win imo.
Poor reem, I hope she tunes in for another season.
People kept telling Chris just play 12 days of Survivor. He played 39days he just didn't televised a more than half of the episodes because he's on the edge of extinction just accept he play the right way and he wins, he deserved it. If Devens was on the top 3 for sure Chris will not win
I love survivor
Please let me know if you will be able to make another video
I'm glad that Chris did the fire making challenge with Rick instead of choosing Gavin or Julie because they would have probably lost, which Rick would've won. At least if Rick didn't win, It's ok. But I was rooting for Gavin.
He did the challenge to show off to the jury and he knows he can beat devens so
Can you do everyone's reactions to seeing the Edge of Extinction note after being voted out?
Kids these days! Back in my day (Pearl Islands), a jury would never pick somebody already voted off to win over a player who never received a vote against them yet alone never being voted off.
We'll play guys (Wentworth)
Brilliant play (Lauren)
LAMe (REEN
Don’t know why people are complaining about this season. If it weren’t for the Edge of Extinction we would’ve had a finale consisting of a bunch of goats
Victoria and lauren were pretty good.
Wendy: cheeseburgers and a shower!
The Edge: 👁👄👁
and she’s vegan
Wendy is a GODDESS
DEVENS SHOULD BE ON SURVIVOR LEGEDS IF THEY DO ONE.
No he sucks

@@beybeykess4002 Rick's game was way better than that.
Commenting Person not really
@@beybeykess4002 Yeaaaaahhhhhhh. It kind of was.
Commenting Person He worked hard, found Idols and won immunities so he gets an A for that but he didn't have a social game, played with too much emotion and not enough strategy, had 2 fails with an idol, and was on top of 2 votes
This season is the worst.. The best players early out..😭😭
It’s odd, I was rooting so hard against Devins until he was eliminated. Now I wish he won, he so deserved it.
how did he deserve it? He was eliminated twice in 38 days.
Chris did everything he could to win, besides not go home
I loved Wendy >3
Good play guys
Brilliant
Lame
i still dont understand why Chris was voted out that day and not Kelley
Alexandr Šidelka Because David and Rick are overrated and cowards. Rick wouldn’t have gotten voted out if Kelley left here instead.
I don't like this season winner but if you do i respect you opinion
You forgot battle backs
Wardog should be in the villians tribe
This season wasn’t that good but it had its moments
I didn’t like this season or it’s winner.
Terrible Winner
Made more moves while he was in than the other 2 did for a whole 39 days. Also came outta no where to play a perfect game and sway the jury. How the fuck was Chris a bad winner lmao
This cast was just plain awful the only two that I like were joe and kelly
screw this guys i am winning a million dollar allright
Terrible winner Gavin should won thats all
This season sucked so bad
I have no clue why in early Manu David/Devens/Chris/Wendy/Keith didn't align and annihilate Wardog/Wentworth/Lauren. My best guess is that Wardog was manipulating all the dynamics so masterfully
David Rick and Chris were gonna pull off a Wentworth vote off until Rick and David stupidly got Chris out instead
This season was terrible.
Hopefully Island of the Idols is gonna be great-oh who am I kidding its gonna suck
My least favourite was ghost island
I hated Kaoh Rong. So many good players and Michelle wins.
Agreed.... David vs Goliath was so much better!!!!
@@Peyton_S Ghost Island over Redemption Island, Thailand, Nicaragua, and South Pacific?
Worst season ever xD
Redemption Island was even the worst one. 😆
Ghost Island and Redemption Island were worse
This is a mid season for me maybe 26-15
