    With the waterproof JBL charge line of bluetooth speakers that pair with each other (up to 99 of them I think?) Makes other bluetooth speakers like this one resort to gimmicks. While probably over built and very sturdy, having such a heavy bluetooth speaker just isn't practical in real world applications like hiking or jogging. That being said I do love the look and build quality of this unit but at the end of the day. It's a single speaker that's heavy and somewhat impractical. And why waste battery on having the flashing LED while it's playing? That's gotta eat up runtime.

    • @ChrispyThings
      @ChrispyThings  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      All this is true. But this definitely isn’t out to compete against JBL or Sony. It’s clear they are going after a specific crowd here.

    • @RandomGenX
      @RandomGenX 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would have to disagree on some things here as someone who works on roofs and extreme heights everyday having something sturdy and strong Is perfect it gets tossed dropped and and pretty much abused I have a JBL clip 3 and it’s a loud and perfect little speaker but one drop from a certain height and the front cover pops off and the speakers are exposed but other then that the jbl is amazing glued the front cover back on and good as new I also haven’t go rid of it bc it fell from a 2 story and still strong

    How loud is this speaker ? Have you measured out the dBs by any chance ?
    I'm a bit sceptical about it sounding loud enough for outdoors (such as a small BBQ with 5-6 people) or even in a medium sized room. The looks are amazing though, just a bit concerned about the loudness compared to say a UE wonderboom 2 (or even the UE roll) or perhaps JBL Clip 3/JBL GO
