Mechanical arm, what a beauty! Love linear track turntables!
This is a very unusual looking turntable, can any type of replacement cartridge be used on this type of turntable because looking at the headshell it looks like only certain types could be fitted?
Couldn't bear getting rid of my 70s era turntable and spent $850 on a refurb. Works like new.
My dad still has his SLT-U that he bought brand new.
Better get the stylus checked. High distortion.
yeah, something sounds fuzzy
so ... sound still gets heavily distorted at the inner grooves :(
