A circular intersection [Roundabout] where merit is not utilized

This roundabout requires traffic control even though there are no traffic lights.
In addition to the large amount of traffic, it is because there is a lot of disregard for rules.
Strong man running backwards, cut-in, tailgating, etc. .
I took some pictures of an intersection that looks messy even with traffic guidance.
