Yes, it's vitally important, so much so that I upped sticks in my sixties and moved from a sub-alpine setting to a coastal sub-tropical zone.

67 years old,grew up fishing and surfing.Was always a fawn patroller, wake up in the dark and paddle out or fish before sunrise.Still do.Alarm or not i never wake up after first light.

Same here. The sun rises very early here in the summer months (04.30am). Love it!

Here in the Netherlands there is no morning sun. Week after week after week it rains most of the day. Rarely does the sun come out for a short bit.
