Thanks for this. People who are down on her are truly afraid of the power and light she possesses and inspires in others. Lizzo for Life. ❤️
People who are 'down on her' are absolutely not afraid her power & light lol We are ashamed that she doesn't have the class & self respect to not say Fu*k every other word in her acceptance speech while claiming to be positive & talking about how she wanted to give others the feeling she had when Beyonce sang Gospel music. She's teaching a whole generation of kids that they don't need to be concerned about their health. I'm all for feeling good about yourself.. but not at the risk of one's health.
I absolutely think she has evolved as a woman, artist and person! People will always be negative but get music is about how to fade them out. I love Lizzo!
@@Mandy-nt2cs Now Mandy you dont really look like the pinnacle of health so I dont know why youre talking. If you knew anything about Lizzo you would know shes in great health. What unhealthy person do you know that can sing, dance, AND play the flute, all while performing onstage and never getting winded. People seriously need to stop equating weight to health. You’re not worried about anyone’s health, you just want to be critical of other people to make yourself feel better and morally superior.

@@stxrdusted This! While I am sick of defending Lizzo's physical health, I do too as needed. In a culture that has long perceived anorexia as beauty (instead of a tragic illness) it is I guess not surprising that beautiful, healthy Lizzo and her talent are intimidating. I guess Adele, who swears just as much as Lizzo, is a better role model for some swear-jar critics (grasping) because she decided to change her body? Lizzo is just getting started, Mandy. It fascinates me that you stopped by this super positive page to lay down your "Lizzo is unhealthy and she cusses" mini-speech, but that's ok. I sense it makes you feel better.
I have been DYING to see this performance, and am so happy you shared it here! I am seeing her in 24 days in Zurich and her growth has inspired me so much and she does INCREDIBLE things for so many people and I believe she really is a gift to the music industry.

Check out Best New Artist, Samara Joy's Grammy winning Jazz Vocal Album, 'Linger Awhile'. She truly deserved those awards. There's her Grammy performance and a music video of the Nancy Wilson classic 'Guess Who I Saw Today'. On Lizzo, she could make a gospel album. Her voice is beautiful.
