Tastiest Tomato Sauce and Dried Tomato

I’m making the tomato sauce, it tastes delicious, can I store this just in the pantry or does it have to go into the fridge?

Thank you for getting in touch and glad you are enjoying the sauce. Once the sauce is cool we usually store in our pantry. We have found it stores well up to 12 months in which case we have used it all by then 🤗

Have you experimented reducing the sugar content? Will the sauce still thicken?

Hi Mazz we haven’t tried this recipe with less sugar on other recipes it hasn’t affected the thickening and I don’t think it would for the sauce either but it may affect the length of time it will store.
