Is 16 years of education enough for this program. I have done 2 years bachelors and now pursuing 2 years masters(MBA). Am I eligible for this after completing my MBA?

The world should be changed...... what a crap these scholar are asking... PhD means someone is trying to give the whole life to science with less money. After all PhD doesn't guarantee that a student would be a great scientist... It is just willing to devote ones life to science... Judging a student on the basis of past events is just rude. A lot of great scientist in current era complaining about the lack of motivation in young people to pursue career in academics or science because of less salaries and unjustified distribution of money. If such standards need to be set as these Professors have mentioned then you need o make sure that the incentives you give to student is far higher than an employ who pursue career in industry after bachelors......... At the moment the education system sucks the whole energy and time of students or scientists and after that graduate have less money and more knowledge than a guy who worked for some enterprise for 5 years..... So, the criteria which should be considered is the motivation and focus of a candidate.

Show passion in your admissions essay and try to submit examples of excellent research work you have done (non-group research). You should also get great letters of recommendation. If you can take a GRE and/or necessary helpful test, do that.

Yes. They sound arrogant. Remember people with PhD in bussiness are in many cases people who have FAILED in more intellectually challenging STEM fields....

Really? I’ve never met any. (I’m a dept chair at a business school). My research is highly mathematical (AI theory), which is rather STEM, no? Many of my colleagues study similar. I’ve seen too many arrogant professors though. And that’s sad. But it’s true in most fields.
