Cloud can let go of his guilt
Barret can raise Marlene properly
Tifa can support and love Cloud
Red XIII can continue his line
Cait Sith can continue to entertain and bring happiness
Vincent can no longer feel dread over Sephiroth
Cid can freely fly the skies
Aeris can move on and rest peacefully with Zack

Made tear up reading this 😅😭
Much MUCH better than the original game's rather "cold" ending. This provided the perfect emotional denouement for me that I always needed from FF7.

For some reason I just remembered Squall, Tidus and Yuna kept saying that word at some parts of their adventure tbh 😅😅
I hope Remake/Rebirth gets more people talking about this movie. It was way ahead of time.

This movie is a continuation of what the remake is doing, just as Crisis Core reunion is a prequel to the remake.
What Nomura is wanting to do is rewrite the line so that the remake trilogy takes the place of the original game, but all its continuations or prequels remain canon.
Not for nothing did the remastering of Crisis Core come out and they re-released this movie in theaters before the premiere of Rebirth.

@@alimichalkan8046 He is the director, that's why he left the Final Fantasy XV project. Because he was involved in Kindom Hearts 3 and the Remake. Additionally, Nomura has been involved in the entire Final Fantasy VII saga since the original game.

This brings the chills and the feels and every emotion I got to pull on my heart strings. Aerith being a spirit in this movie broke me, so close yet so far and Cloud can't even muster a smile for most of it because he's wracked with so much guilt. This being the final time he sees her and finally being able to smile earnestly. The FEELS!!!
It's those interactions that pull at my heart. Its so bittersweet
This will be the end of ff7 remake part 3 and it makes sense. Only cloud is the one that can see Aerith and Zack from their alternative universes.
Yeah I'm kinda hoping this is how they end it now, that bittersweet but good ending where there's closure

The CGI still looks great imo, and I’ve watched numerous CGI Films.

That brief eye contact tho. No blinking. The distance between them. Then Aerith just walks away and doesnt look back. Leaving Cloud staring for one final moment. So close yet so far away. My heart!

Just realized it started with sephoroth looking back at cloud with flames around him and ended with Arieth looking back at cloud with light around her. Not sure if it's intentional or not but I'd say it is.
That's a really good parallel. I feel you get to see Aerith's back often when she moves forward, running off to do something. Usually, Cloud gives chase, but this time, he is content and smiles.

Need Advent Children to be FFVII Remake Part 3 DLC. Reckon it definitely needs to be expanded on.

They had mentioned that for the FF7 remake games, they took everything into consideration. The novels, movies and spin off game, they really wanted to make sure that everything is connected. They had said this during the screening of advent children in theatres this year, shortly before the release of rebirth.
Only too happy to see people into this and opening etc, appreciate you too.
And I completely agree re Advent Children, it would be the logical and much needed next step for the game 👍
Remake is the damn DLC for advent Children. Its the dlc for every final fantasy game tying all of it together in a multiverse.
I feel like this, people leave me, and people ask I'm ok with it. Yeah, I''m alone.
People now are really self-centered. It's encouraged in many different ways. People aren't consistently taught loyalty and to work on relationships. People exist that will love you, but it takes a lot of time and effort to find them.
This is so nostalgic looking back this dvd film I seen as a kid and fan man

I saw this movie in 2005 when it came out and was shocked how good looked. Lol. I didn’t know CGI could look that good

It's weird to me how often loneliness is used as a core element to Final Fantasy games, Celes attempts suicide because of it, Cloud has an identity crisis which causes it, Squall suffers it due to trauma and deep fears of abandonment/loss, Zidane gets one of the best moments of all time because of it, Tidus suffers it throughout the whole game and understandably complains about it all the time.
I guess that's it? Five games in a row is still pretty crazy though, there's probably more moments I'm not thinking of too but ironically in FFIV loneliness often benefited the characters.
Melancholy can be beautiful in a way too and I guess it's something we can all relate to. It set up moments of reflection that connect with the player and draw us in more.
Lightning also suffers loneliness after losing her Sister infact Cloud and Lightning are almost identical in personal trauma and personality traits it's actually pretty endearing to see Cloud and Lightning interact in WOFF Lightning let her tough act down with cloud and was surprisingly pretty playful with him and while Cloud at first was still stoic and alof once he let her through his wall he lightened up around her all this is also thanks to Terra. It's kinda like how Squall and Lightning communicate in Dissdia tho Sqaull was still pretty broody and alof by the end of that same how Cloud was with brawn Also in dissidia
That's why friendship is so important 😆

cloud theme
It's really random and unimportant but it always bothered me how Zack walks in front of Aerith when they walk away. It's a small detail but I feel like he would have waited for her and let her walk in front of him before leaving
I get you and thought similar, but I think it's a purposeful device to say that while he and Zack were important to each other as friends, his and Aerith's relationship was just as important in the wider view. Just my thoughts...
I think its on one hand to make the scene shorter (would have dragged the scene to wait for aerith to pass by Zack) and on the other hand, Zack is way taller than Aerith, it wouldnt have looked as good, if he blocked her from view
According to the Maiden of the Planet she ain't with him. She rejects him in the lifestream, and only loves and watches over Cloud. Even in lifestream white she's listed as Cloud's kobito, not Zack's.
I think it makes sense to end with Aerith since that's how og ended as well.
Now we just need remake part 3 to save Both Zack and Aerith and then Zack and Aerith can be together aswell as they were torn apart like Cloud and Zack were also torn apart

Nah Cody is way better, no disrespect to Steve Burton but Cody really captures that Cloud is just a kid that struggles with tramua and guilt. I feel like Steve tries a little too hard to sound cool and brooding which makes his performance feel forced.
I really like Steve's job but he's just playing jason morgan his general hospital character

All the time. Guilt and grief about Zack's and others deaths wore away at him, made him feel inferior, a failure and led him to isolate himself. At the end, he had some peace and knew he would be with is old friends again one day, but also to accept himself and enjoy the people around him again.

Tifa always supported and loved him but he never did anything to deserve her I hope remakes will change that 30 years waiting from square a conformation a Canon love between them shouldn't be that hard I don't want Tifa to end up alone she waited for him her whole life she accepted him in his worst condition and she deserves the best from him
I’ve always felt it’s kinda obvious that he loved Aerith, Tifa is his childhood best friends… it’s more like the love you have for a sister.
Wrong He didn't loved Tifa as his sister childhood friend the story I can write her it'll take hours probably for me to post thing I've said he never made a move The way Tifa deserves I have read the book it is a different point if view to see the story from a book the whole story based a teenager lives his hometown to impress his crush by joining to become a soldier and he can't become a soldier and he us ashamed to show his identity when he was in Nibelheim Tifa waited for him her whole life even after they reunited even after she helped him to find his true self and from that point of view the whole story is based a young girl gave her youth by waiting for her love to make a move she's a virgin because she wanted her love to be the only man in her life many people don't see the true story here I don't hate Aerith she's too pure and she has a sad story but comparing this with Tifa it is way more deep it is why she can't get a happy ending because the true story based on her somehow Aerith gets her happy ending but not Tifa even everything she has done for Cloud even he almost killed her in rebirth and she even didn't mention that because she knows him better than anyone Tifa is the real heroine in this game/movie if it wasn't Tifa Cloud wouldn't make it it's how the story is written canonical Tifa&Cloud

He pushed her into Mako and when she wakes up she calls him a hero because he saved her when they were kids. In advanced children, he moved away from her and cold to her but she never leaves,making sure he has a safe place …. Damn cloud please treasure her
