Is vanilla any better than hidden bar? hidden bar is opensource too, which is why i was using it but I am now considering purchasing bartender because it just works better on my small 13" macbook air m2.

I like program Linear Mouse that allows to customize the mice that are connected to the computer. For example - preserve natural scrolling on touchpad while disabling it on mouse wheel
I became a Mac user when I got frustrated that software I needed to read the screen as a blind user costed more than a Mac, and that Mac’s had the same software for free, built in. Now Apple is ignoring their disabled users again, I’ve switched to Linux.

So ridiculous that you need an extra App in order to be able to control windows like in Windows. Just because Apple wants to „think differently“ they refuse to remove the stupid full screen splitting.
I prefer using BetterTouchTool and the GoldenChaos-BTT plugin with the touchbar. Fitting windows in the place you want is one of about 300 nice functions.
Coming from me as a windows user, it really depends on the person and I suppose for people who prefer using Mac os, apps like these give them access to useful windows features without having to compromise their preferred os :p
What if you’re working with audio production software? i mean i’m not a fan of it but the industry standard in studios is Mac/Logic Pro, and even people who use Ableton or Cubase are using MacOS. some people have platform specific workflows.
most people use windows PC's because they are more modular and overall more easy to use while having more functions, but max is good because they can do things that windows can't and software developers and graphic designers often use them but I do programming and prefer not to.

I like Windows OS...but hear the macbook is more powerful. Would the windows be hampered if Im using it on Mac instead of a PC? Do I still get access to all PC programs?
Or, imagine a world where I can choose to run a stable copy of WINDOWS at startup, where it is stored on a dedicated HDD partition, on my MacBook Pro! And in this world, I could run MacOS on it as well, and easily switch between the two at any time!! Oh wait, that's just BootCamp and I've been able to do that for over 15 years ;)
Most people who want a really nice laptop use Mac* lol most people use windows because it’s a more affordable for businesses as well as more compatible. But if you ask anyone who is into IT or computers in general they will choose Mac. There’s offices out there that let their employees choose a free MacBook or a free PC. They mostly pick Mac. But when it’s a business on a corporate level that orders 100+ computers they will always choose PC for their company.

only the system ones. 3rd party menu bar apps aren't included in those settings.
I use Tiles because i prefer dragging windows to snap. Not by using keyboard shortcuts
