As a mother of 2 young adult children. I enjoyed this a great deal. I'm happy to see I'm not to far off, in my new perspective of how to parent them now that they are older.

Dr. Dixon is wonderful. I'm currently in the process of having psychological testing done on my 16 yr. old who has paranoia and evil behavior

I feel like my 2 kids dont want to be bothered with me but I text once a month anyway because it makes me feel better. Took it personal my son wont talk but he likes to text so I do that, just doing best I can.

Sunshine, that's great. You keep doing your best. You are not alone. My daughter and I have had a tumultuous relationship. She's been so disrespectful, and I can't stand her smart mouth, but God knows, I'm trying my best, too. Good luck to you, and your babies. ❤

Never got this from my mom once she just seemed to love treating me like her child that she owns for 21 years

When do adult children grow up so that monthers don't have to walk on tip toes like that ALL the time? Or use silk gloves all the time? When do they start to listen and treat their parents as older colleagues? When do they text the parents nice things? It seems that today's parents do have to do that to both their children and their own old parents, if those are alive...

Either you are too strict on her younger years OR you didn't spend enough time on her younger years.

I had to stop watching and listened only...the hand motions are downright annoying.
