I see this as more of a fodder banner. Those new bonus doubler skills are quite tempting and can be good on a lot of units. Also that Caeda being infantry means a lot of good skills can be duplicated. While Ganglot does exist, she is barely reran.

The problem with the whole Pre-combat damage thing IS is trying to sell is now they've essentially made it so tanks are a lot harder to sell, and nukes that don't come with it are also harder to sell. Which is why we need a counter to pre-combat damage whether it be a status/drive or just a selfish-unit, which most definitely will sell and also gives rise in value in other tanks, and nukes that don't come with pre-combat damage.
This is my sales pitch to IS. Give us a frickin' counter already. This banner is an easy skip. Don't care about some DC/CC fodder when you can't even attempt to counterattack in the first place.

I was tempted in summoning, at least for Ascended Merric for a floret, but then I was reminded that we are getting a new Emblem Hero at the end of the month so I should really save for that.
Actually Caeda gets flat dr regardless of who it is, with cavs and armors it's X and for the others it's 40% of X, so assuming +6 to all stats she would have 24 dr or 9 dr depending on the enemy
So it's essentially better B Dimitri? Since she has a lot with proper support she could maybe get 30+ flat Dr and with godlike reflexes u basically deflect damage I'm I'm reading correctly

Well Lucina is Caeda's descendant so she had to get her looks from somewhere.
I will say, Spd/Res Finish, as a filler skill is actually kind of a massive upgrade to like everything else in the freebie pool, Speed and Res +6 for a free condition and +5 damage on special trigger? Very solid on your emergency limited hero teams or Arena Assault fillers! Otherwise, i hate that i really want to pull on this banner, the extra DR and free guard is too good on too many of my faves...

I thought that caeda was catria at first (just with long hair from being ascended)
Actually the 40% DR on her Prefrence skill against Infantry and fliers isnt piercable its 40% of X which in this case at max DR is 24 flat DR so against Infantry and fliers she gets 9 true DR

Guard Echo and florets are two reasons I'm pulling for this banner. I won't go out of my way for the floret though since Merric will probably pity break me on the green dream banner anyways.
I shouldn't have laughed as hard as I did at you reading D Bonus Doubler and Believe in Love? but the skill names are just so goofy! I feel like they should have just done AHR banner now and waited for this. If they wanted to make money, they would have put something extra cracked on this banner so people had to buy orbs for the upcoming ones, but thankfully IS made it an easy skip 😎

The 40% is 40% of X not 40% damage reduction. Example would be 24 true damage reduction for armored and cavalry then it's 9 for infantry and flyers
I'm only gonna use my tickets on this banner and hope I get either Caeda or Arlen cause they've got pretty swell fodder, especially Caeda
I'm sorry, but Caeda is my favorite FE character besides Marth, so I'm probably pulling this banner and just using the free pull on AHR.

I run superunit gerik so i need that D/R pledge since he already self-buffs A/S+6. So sad that def/res oath is so rare that he can't get the bonus doubler A, pledge, and echo from ACaeda......
The best part of this banner is that caeda has made ganglot go out of business .
On it's own the new Guard X skill isn't to impressive unless your allowed to give it to all dragons unit types then you can combine it with Scowl, Dragon Distant counter, Canny Fighter and Dragon's Wrath for a lot of value.
The fodder in this banner is really tempting. Thankfully it'll last a long time to decide, my only real "need" is D/R Pledge for my Citrinne. Alongside Oath Echo and Inf. Spd Tactic: Citrinne will give out +6 to all stats, Special Charge + 1, NFU and Oath.
I think that if you're using B!Soren or Astram or another buffer that the doubler skills are very nice, but the default doubler strat is weak against Panic and lull effects of course, and stuff like the recent Dagr refine who can just flip the bonuses against you
How long did distant counter solo last before it got skill crept?
DCAS i think was last fallen banner so ~10 months. Arguably A/S Prime crept it already last year though
The problem with wanting to summon on banners nowadays, is the looming thought that even better units will eventually release, and knock previous ones out of the water. I like this Caeda, but will she stay relevant...? Guh..
100%. Units have extremely short life spans on average
Caeda still has flat DR against infantry and flying units. It says 40% of X, meaning the flat DR just isn't as high if she doesn't have effective damage.
Ceada is like the only good thing here for me because now I don't need to be stuck in death blow 2 hell, also I can give all this to velouria who already gets atk/spd buffs (what other stuff should I give her besides ceada full kit, that's like 2 more inheritance slots left)
Should I inherit the arcane staff for Yuliya?
Caeda seems incredibly powerful to me, but she still can’t live Duo Lyon. Ninja Sanaki should be child’s play, but he’s a different beast.
I like how IS panicked caeda in the trailer so she was not taking way less than 0
Easy skip since the AHR 2024 top banner is in 5 days because I don’t have Winter Dimitri and Wind Tribe Claude yet. The Guard Echo is nice but there are a lot tempo/Null Guard effects out there.
Bruh you gotta slow down when reading skills. She gets flar damage reduction against all enemies, she just gets more against armored and cav foes.

Skip a unit that can duplicate all skill from AHR banner yea right ...
I mean if you are a super whale then go for it, but even with how much I spend, that is a lot of orbs. We're talking about 400+ orbs to get 3+ copies of Caeda and then another 400-500 on AHR

Unpiercable flat DR combined with unpiercable %DR like GLR is nuts. She might actually be able to tank and you can use her to dup GLR at the same time.
Personally I think Prime>R Bonus Doubler since you get more speed and you really dont want nearby allies with Sanaki running around.
The AHR units are gonna fall off sooner rather than later. Other than Peony because she's a dancer.
The most important thing about this banner are Arlen and Yuliya finally being in the game.
