Do you know of any original stretches of Highway 66 that had the old concrete surface?

Lots of spots abandoned and still in use. Some dirt road, others small off shoots. Spencer has super original, never widened, never repaved. Straight concrete. Sort of hit and miss, but great to stumble in the original roads.

@@battlefoxx perhaps if you ever come to Minnesota there are some long and well preserved old concrete stretches of Highway 61 between Red Wing and Winona. Most of the US highways across the country got their original concrete surface placed in the late 1920s.
