  • 2 Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue talks about his food style, and also showcases two dishes from his current menu. Tim’s first dish is a meringue with caviar called "Imperial Caviar”. The second is a tempura of langoustine with wasabi mayonnaise. Both dishes show how Tim marries his love for Asian food with western ingredients.

      Oui, ce genre de plats font généralement partie d'un 10 services ou quelque chose du genre. Ça semble petit, mais ce sont tous des préparations très riche et les portions ne doivent pas être trop grosses pour apprécier les 10 services comme il se doit.
