I loved OG Quantum Leap and was glad they did a continuation instead of a complete reboot. But, as much as I'm disappointed it was canceled, they missed the mark in this one. The new QL just seemed very disjointed. I did watch it, and they had a great cast. But they were dropping current social agendas into the middle of episodes where it really made no sense & it took away from the flow of the story; or it was done in a very unrealistic way. At least in OG QL, they would either make the social issue what the entire episode was about or it fit into the story in an organic way. It was interesting to see what was going on behind-the-scenes at Project Quantum Leap, but they concentrated too much on the ensemble than they should have. They were trying to be diverse. I get that...but when it comes to the number of characters in a time travel show like this, less is more.

The many reason's why the reboot failed, 1. The Original Quantum Leap was mostly comedy with serious moments, The Reboot was mostly serious storylines. 2. In the Original Quantum Leap kids under 7 & animals can see the leaper & hologram. They can't in the reboot 3. In the Original Quantum Leap anyone that got leaped into was in a waiting room, Doesn't happen in the Reboot. 4. In the Original Quantum Leap at the end Sam Beckett got the ability to leap anywhere in his lifetime and didn't need saving. 5. The Biggest reason why Quantum Leap reboot got cancelled, Scott Bakula- Sam Beckett was never going to return.
Oh I’m pissed! It’s bad enough that they canceled the entire series, but they weren’t even trying to bring Sam home so the Lord or whatever happened to Sam is still the fact that he never returned home. So after this first reboot, I doubt they’ll be a second reboot or somebody will focus on bringing him home to Donna Eleese, and Sammy, Joe
I avoided watching the new QL for so long because I was worried about being disappointed. I was very pleasantly surprised. The old QL would never have passed muster today. They knew this years ago which was why we started seeing more of what was happening in the present with Al talking to the people in the waiting room. Sam leaping into famous people like Dr Ruth and Elvis and a bad guy getting loose from the past to the present as well as Sam leaping in to his great grandfather. People just want different things and QL was obviously reaching as far as it could with the type of program it was. This QL had some great elements from the original such as including Magic, other leapers, leaping to see the same person which happened in the original over one girl’s lifetime. The person who made this QL clearly loved the original QL episode about the bounty hunter snd the super annoying bail bondsman as that storyline was repeated twice in this one. We also had some new clever twists such as the potentially unstable daughter of Al, the fact that Ben didn’t go to someone in the QL and so they had doubts about his motives, finding Ben after 3 years, the effect on everyone, the other leader sent by the government in the future, and the idea of the billionaire angry genius stealing data then taking over QL to leap. There really was some clever storylines. I really enjoyed it. I don’t think Sam Beckett shagging his way through time and space with his wife stuck in the present probably wouldn’t have gone down well now, not to mention Al’s lechering habits. As much as we all loved them both years ago, we all move on. I am gutted to hear the new QL has been cancelled. Was really looking forward to the next one.
I wasn't expecting much from a reboot of QL (or reboots in general honestly) but this reboot was so good! I COULD NOT wait for each new episode. So- as is the usual pattern with media I like- it of course had to be cancelled! 😠😥
I am conflicted. I love the I.P, but this reboot did not capture the spirit of the franchise. I am not suprised, but I am dissapointed in this show. Overall the show ended on a high note and wrapped up its story nicely. All the best to the actors, writers, producers of the show. Hope they do bigger and better things.
I'm sad it's been canceled. I like both shows. Hopefully they won't replace it with something I won't like. That is usually the case. I guess not enough viewers liked it.
A concept that was never explored was that of a multi-leap episode during which the team has only minutes to figure out what Ben is supposed to do. Possible leaps are: Preventing another Challenger tragedy. Preventing the crash of a commercial airliner by telling the pilots what they did wrong the last time... while the plane is falling towards the ocean. Preventing the loss of a ship and crew. Just some ideas.
“Ziggy,” Sam called out, referring to the advanced AI he had developed, “I need a final diagnostic on the particle beam laser and the micro black hole generator.” A soft, electronic voice filled the room. Ziggy, an artificial intelligence with a distinct personality, was Sam’s constant companion and a vital part of the Quantum Leap project. “All systems are nominal, Dr. Beckett. The particle beam is at full charge, and the micro black hole generator is stable. But I must remind you, Sam, that the probabilities of success-” “Are irrelevant if we don’t try,” Sam interrupted, his voice laced with determination. He turned to his longtime friend and colleague, Dr. Al Calavicci, who stood by his side, his usually casual demeanor replaced with a rare seriousness. Sam stared intently at the holographic display, lines of data scrolling past as he reviewed the process one more time. “Ziggy, let’s go over this again. I want to make sure we’re not missing anything before we move forward.” Ziggy’s holographic form flickered into focus beside him. “Of course, Sam. We’ve already mapped your cortical patterns and translated them into quantum information. Your brain's electrical activity has been converted into qubits, which are now entangled with a quantum system associated with the black hole.” Sam nodded, his gaze still fixed on the display. “Right. The qubits are entangled, meaning any change in the quantum state of my brain’s information will directly influence the black hole’s quantum state-and vice versa.” “Exactly,” Ziggy affirmed. “The entanglement ensures a bi-directional relationship. Your consciousness, encoded in those qubits, is now part of the black hole’s quantum system.” Sam leaned closer to the holographic projection of the black hole. “And as I approach the event horizon, time dilation becomes a critical factor. The intense gravitational field near the event horizon warps spacetime, slowing down time relative to an outside observer.” “Yes,” Ziggy responded. “Time dilation near the event horizon will allow your consciousness to interact with the quantum states for what, from your perspective, could seem like an extended period. This gives your consciousness the time necessary to process the transition.” “And that’s the key to making the quantum leap possible,” Sam said, his tone focused. “The slowed passage of time allows my quantum-entangled consciousness to stabilize as it approaches and crosses the event horizon.” Ziggy nodded. “Correct. The event horizon’s unique environment-where gravity is at its most intense and time dilation is at its peak-creates the conditions necessary for your consciousness to undergo a quantum transition. This transition, or quantum leap, allows you to move between different quantum states, potentially across timelines or dimensions.” Sam paused, considering the implications. “So, crossing the event horizon isn’t just about moving through space. It’s about my consciousness undergoing a fundamental change in its quantum state.” “Precisely,” Ziggy confirmed. “As you cross the event horizon, your quantum state shifts, allowing your consciousness to exist in a new form or reality. This is what makes the leap possible-your consciousness is no longer bound by the same rules of spacetime.” Sam exhaled slowly, absorbing the information. “So, once my consciousness is fully entangled and I cross the event horizon, I’ll be integrated into the black hole’s quantum framework. It’s the ultimate test of the theory.” “Indeed,” Ziggy replied. “Your consciousness will be intertwined with the quantum fabric of the black hole, enabling the quantum leap. It’s a complex process, but all our simulations suggest it’s the only way to achieve what you’ve envisioned.” Ziggy, ever attentive, projected a three-dimensional model of the micro black hole above Sam’s desk. The black hole was small, no larger than a subatomic particle, but its gravitational pull was immense-enough to warp spacetime around it in ways that defied conventional physics. “Ziggy,” Sam began, “let’s review the latest data on the micro black hole’s gravitational effects.” “Certainly, Dr. Beckett,” Ziggy replied. The model zoomed in, highlighting the event horizon and the swirling quantum fields around it. “The micro black hole’s gravitational field is stable, as expected, but it’s the interaction with the quantum fields that’s particularly fascinating. The intense gravity compresses these fields, creating a highly concentrated quantum state. This concentration is what allows for the extended quantum entanglement we discussed.” Sam nodded. “It’s like creating a perfectly controlled environment for quantum entanglement. The gravity keeps everything stable, preventing the quantum states from collapsing or decohering.”
The original series didnt see a 6th season WHICH WOULD HAVE included Beth and refreshed Al as happily married with four daughters but still ever the lovable horndog Losing THIS "QUANTUM LEAP" was a blessing It just wasnt working and its desperate attempts at tributing the orignal series Addison joining Ben is making good on Al joining Sam as a leaper via the bartender If cancelling "QUANTUM LEAP" is truly THAT blasphemous Im sure a streaming service could pick up the series from round 3

No big surprise here as they made this version as woke as possible. They made the leaper Asian, Dean Stockwell's character (Al)a woman, and had a Transexual computer expert, they literally crapped all over the much beloved original.

If they would quit showing a few episodes of shows then take a hiatus for a few weeks then show a few more episodes and take another hiatus they lose viewers to other shows then say they need to cancel because ratings are down. I was skeptical about the new series because of the old one, which I loved deeply. But after a few parts I was hooked to Ben and the crew. The new series is well structured and has also incorporated old elements and now this ending. Very unsatisfaying 🙄

I stopped at the trans basketball one. Just thought "Here we go again" They have F US money and don't need to write good shows anymore. Turner Broadcasting only wants to socially engineer us sci fi fans. Whilst not knowing us sci fi fans have a modicum of sentience. And keen nose for BS. 😅
I was hoping for the show to return to Al's Place, where Bartender Al and Sam would explain what was expected of Ben, after which Sam would retire and return home. But the showrunners wanted their version to have its own identity, but that identity never caught on.
@@spaceflight1019 That would have been difficult with all the time that's passed, and all characters having aged. But sweet nonetheless. I hope Netflix OR NbC considers making a partial order to wrap up the series. The original Quantum Leap was dumped in the same way and fans have waited for a formal ending to the saga for decades. I read they intended to wrap up both WL series, leaders, and plot lines into a very nic, leather-bound digital notebook of greatness.

I was so excited to years ago hearing about this reboot. I was also hoping that they would’ve gotten Scott Bakula, and rescued him more so in the beginning, then waiting for the ratings game. There was no imaging chamber, not much from Ziggy, just really went off the rails Unfortunately, it was just a matter of checking woke boxes, I know that lee said he was very proud of what they did. I am misunderstanding that because not even a full two seasons, and they really botched this just to appease culture and not the true fans. But writers, directors and producers will never learn, they do lack intelligence, serve the 15%, but avoid the 85%. C’est la vie, the original is still and only the shining star from NBC, this turned out to be garbage.

I never watched it because Scott didn't return for the new series. In spite of the fact that Dean has passed away, he didn't need to return as Al, because Sam already saved Al. The show could have just picked up where they left off, with Sam having a son or daughter, in place of Al, to bring him home after 30 years. Then the adventures could have continued from there. Sometimes, if it's not broke, then don't try to fix it.
One. FN. Movie. Is all we needed. Yeah Sam either does or doesn't make it home. Sign the check done. But they went woke and broke. And I thought the actors were fine. 😊
Excelt Sam could always go home whenever he wanted to. He gained the power to control where he leaps. He literally chose not to in order to keep helping people.
NBC officials must be flummoxed. "Why are our reboots not working?" Its the same reason the bionic woman reboot in 2007 didnt work. Its bad writing. Let me explain. The reason that the original quantum leap worked is you had a goodlooking lead who would go back and fix/solve shit. It also pulled a lot of boomer audience because in 1989 Sam (the main character) was travelling back to the 50s and 60s a lot, and it offered the audience a fun throwback to when they were teens. There was nothing complicated about it. Sam kept leaping trying to find the window home with a fun sidekick guy to help him. The storyline focused almost EXCLUSIVELY on each episode on Sam figuring out where he was and how he can help with great throwback time periods in the background. Fun. Quick. Easy. Each episode had a beginning and and end, shit fixed, like an 80s episode of the A Team. The reboot just had too much subplot in it and things going on. First, they tried to squeeze a soap opera in it between the lead and his girl. Who happened to be his hologram. But wait he had amnesia. Then when he remembered, oh now its three years later and she doesn't love him anymore shes met someone else. But for him it was just last week, so he cant keep his head in the game when he is working on what is going on in his particular episode. Its just extraneous bullshit clouding up the water in this series. But no. The writers were not done yet. They decided that they needed to insert more 'woke' into the story. So they introduced one of the head engineers in the future tech time/computer room as a guy wearing full makeup and sometimes a womans top. Ill stop right here and insert that I am not against that lifestyle. But it should be in a place that is not out of the realm of belief. Let me explain. This guy was sticking out in this black op tech center about as much as a clown in full makeup and dress. Big white hat with a puff on top, full white clown face makeup, big white clownsuit, big clown buttons, frilly stuff around the neck, and big bozo the clown shoes. And then no one is acting any different while he is walking around like this and being taken seriously by the director and the other workers. It was like a buzzer that was constantly going off and no one was doing anything about it. This is why: engineers are a special breed of people. They work their way up from top schools. They are conservative, serious (for the most part) and weren't jocks in high school because they were brains. They did not peacock, want to stand out, they just wanted to work. So the likely hood of someone coming up the ranks like this and not irking a director, a manager or freaking out the other employees is JUST ABOUT ZERO. You would not find a guy like this in a black op installation. Why am i writing this? Because this character added to the non belief of the situation people were watching and something OBVIOUSLY sticking out like this just makes people enter a state of cognitive dissonance, making this part of the show a bit uncomfortable. So: woke writers. "Hmm. We should stick in a trans character, make the lead Asian, have a running soap opera, etc. It was just too much for the show. I flipped on the last season of the new quantum Leap. The guy in the jump room was wearing a woman's sleeveless japanese dress, had his hair swept back and a face full of makeup. It was totally distracting, because I'll just say it, it's crazy. It would be like me on the show wearing a horse head mask during a department heads meeting giving technical updates to the director and the rest of the team. And NO ONE is bringing up the fact that I'm talking through a horse head mask. Or I'm bringing them to HR for disparaging my horsey lifestyle. If they just kept it the same way it was in 1989, good looking white guy, a guy with a handheld ziggy, just focusing directly on the episode at hand and not a soap opera in the jump center, this may have worked out with good writing. Make the audience happy with something straightforward and have storylines from times that the viewing audience finds to be good throwback times. The bionic woman reboot (2007) failed due to bad writing. Her bionics worked. Ooops, sometimes they dont work during a mission. Thats bad writing. If they had stuck to the way they wrote it in the middle 70s, she stays powered up, each episode working undercover for the government and she goes on missions, meets with the head in Washington DC for new assignments, etc, the show would have been a success. NBC: fix your writing.
It was also thr skill of the actors as Scott and Dean meshed well and were believable in their roles. They had great chemistry and were actual friends rather than paid actors forced to be friends. Scott brought a decade of Broadway experince and Dean had a lifetime of acting behind his belt. Dean naturally fit into the role of an advisor to Scott. Scott is a nice guy so he naturally fit into the world. Sam was repetitive of the younger generation being a Progresive Liberal though not radical. Al was an older Conservative though not a Racist. Quantum Leap knew how to spread liberal ideas though reasoning and fact without being preachy about it
It goes without saying the original series holds a place in my heart. The first season of the reboot was enjoyable and I looked forward to the second season, but within five episodes I was praying for it to end. Unfathomable leaps of logic, terrible character development/arcs and so little focus on the point of the show in lieu of following drama between Ben & Addison and at HQ sunk the ship. Truly abysmal writing. Waste of a game cast and a timeless premise. Thrilled to see it's been cancelled.
Yeah, I wonder why... This could have had a lot of potential. Maybe the new guy tries to find Sam, as we all know he never returned home. Nope, lets just remake the show and be sure to cast minorites. That will fix it!
UNIVERSAL... could you just stop being dooshbags and put out the second and final season to physical media already. C'mon! Even if it dosnt sell that great at least the collection will be complete for physical collectors and it will be the absolute last loss you'll ever take from this series. It wont hurt you to do this.
Shakina should not have been allowed to have anything to do with the show. Both of their episodes were predictable trans ones that facts dropped the ratings both times.
See if they'd have just had him as a character and no big deal, that would have been fine, but they brow beat people and came with the coughMessagecough. And that's where I left off. Peace.
NASA would never allow a team member to bring something into Mission Control that would be a distraction from the mission. Be your "authentic self" on your own time, but when you're in the room the mission and the lives of the astronauts is Job One. That said, the problem wasn't anything "woke", it was poorly written scripts, a lack of chemistry, and a failure to successfully tie old and new together that relegated the new show to the dustbin.
What about Sam?They said they were gonna bring him back. Now we have three people lost in time forever.

Now I decided to watch the show :(
I wanted this reboot so badly , I feel like the casting was bad , and the acting was so forced
A concept that was never explored was that of a multi-leap episode during which the team has only minutes to figure out what Ben is supposed to do. Possible leaps are:
Preventing another Challenger tragedy.
Preventing the crash of a commercial airliner by telling the pilots what they did wrong the last time... while the plane is falling towards the ocean.
Preventing the loss of a ship and crew.
Just some ideas.
“Ziggy,” Sam called out, referring to the advanced AI he had developed, “I need a final diagnostic on the particle beam laser and the micro black hole generator.”
A soft, electronic voice filled the room. Ziggy, an artificial intelligence with a distinct personality, was Sam’s constant companion and a vital part of the Quantum Leap project. “All systems are nominal, Dr. Beckett. The particle beam is at full charge, and the micro black hole generator is stable. But I must remind you, Sam, that the probabilities of success-”
“Are irrelevant if we don’t try,” Sam interrupted, his voice laced with determination.
I want to make sure we’re not missing anything before we move forward.”
Ziggy’s holographic form flickered into focus beside him. “Of course, Sam. We’ve already mapped your cortical patterns and translated them into quantum information. Your brain's electrical activity has been converted into qubits, which are now entangled with a quantum system associated with the black hole.”
Sam nodded, his gaze still fixed on the display. “Right. The qubits are entangled, meaning any change in the quantum state of my brain’s information will directly influence the black hole’s quantum state-and vice versa.”
“Exactly,” Ziggy affirmed. “The entanglement ensures a bi-directional relationship. Your consciousness, encoded in those qubits, is now part of the black hole’s quantum system.”
Sam leaned closer to the holographic projection of the black hole. “And as I approach the event horizon, time dilation becomes a critical factor. The intense gravitational field near the event horizon warps spacetime, slowing down time relative to an outside observer.”
“Yes,” Ziggy responded. “Time dilation near the event horizon will allow your consciousness to interact with the quantum states for what, from your perspective, could seem like an extended period. This gives your consciousness the time necessary to process the transition.”
“And that’s the key to making the quantum leap possible,” Sam said, his tone focused. “The slowed passage of time allows my quantum-entangled consciousness to stabilize as it approaches and crosses the event horizon.”
Ziggy nodded. “Correct. The event horizon’s unique environment-where gravity is at its most intense and time dilation is at its peak-creates the conditions necessary for your consciousness to undergo a quantum transition. This transition, or quantum leap, allows you to move between different quantum states, potentially across timelines or dimensions.”
Sam paused, considering the implications. “So, crossing the event horizon isn’t just about moving through space. It’s about my consciousness undergoing a fundamental change in its quantum state.”
“Precisely,” Ziggy confirmed. “As you cross the event horizon, your quantum state shifts, allowing your consciousness to exist in a new form or reality. This is what makes the leap possible-your consciousness is no longer bound by the same rules of spacetime.”
Sam exhaled slowly, absorbing the information. “So, once my consciousness is fully entangled and I cross the event horizon, I’ll be integrated into the black hole’s quantum framework. It’s the ultimate test of the theory.”
“Indeed,” Ziggy replied. “Your consciousness will be intertwined with the quantum fabric of the black hole, enabling the quantum leap. It’s a complex process, but all our simulations suggest it’s the only way to achieve what you’ve envisioned.”
Ziggy, ever attentive, projected a three-dimensional model of the micro black hole above Sam’s desk. The black hole was small, no larger than a subatomic particle, but its gravitational pull was immense-enough to warp spacetime around it in ways that defied conventional physics.
“Ziggy,” Sam began, “let’s review the latest data on the micro black hole’s gravitational effects.”
“Certainly, Dr. This concentration is what allows for the extended quantum entanglement we discussed.”
Sam nodded. “It’s like creating a perfectly controlled environment for quantum entanglement. The gravity keeps everything stable, preventing the quantum states from collapsing or decohering.”
The original series didnt see a 6th season WHICH WOULD HAVE included Beth and refreshed Al as happily married with four daughters but still ever the lovable horndog
Losing THIS "QUANTUM LEAP" was a blessing
It just wasnt working and its desperate attempts at tributing the orignal series
Addison joining Ben is making good on Al joining Sam as a leaper via the bartender
If cancelling "QUANTUM LEAP" is truly THAT blasphemous Im sure a streaming service could pick up the series from round 3
Can another network pick it up?
I am not surprised because this reboot was💩, the original was so good and enjoyable.
There's been a new Quantum Leap series? For two years?
Yeah, it wasn't very good and got shuffled off.
@@spaceflight1019after the exposition dump that was the first episode, it was good, then we got to Trans basketball and how the trans person had a predictable mental crisis. And we were brow beat with the Messyj. coughMessageCough
@@spaceflight1019Nah it was great for what it was
@kiwiangeldust6912 Yeah, which was crap
Its was really disappointing off the pilot tbh with you.
I hope someone picks it up or they resolve things in a movie
No big surprise here as they made this version as woke as possible. They made the leaper Asian, Dean Stockwell's character (Al)a woman, and had a Transexual computer expert, they literally crapped all over the much beloved original.
That’s the TRUTH! no imaging chamber, no Ziggy, leaping outside of timelines, it was just a train wreck. They had an opportunity to really make things a lot better, but it’s just for the woke culture. No NBC for me
Aw man here we go again.. Heroes, Timeless now this ;w;
Why can't they just keep a good series going for us viewers to enjoy :c
Because there aren't many of you guys watching the show.
@@blueblur2273 Is a shame tho still :c
Wonder if it's also cause of them changing the episodes new premiere date from Wednesday to Tuesday.
Was kind of looking forward how they was going to have it played out having double leapers..
NBC is CRAP!!! They do it All the time
I love This show!
Damm right this is bs
Yeah, imagine canceling a low rated show. What network does that? 🤦♂️
Nbc you suck!
Maybe don't pass a dude off in a dress as normal.
🖕🖕🖕NBC. Every time they have a good show they cancel it after a couple of seasons. If they would quit showing a few episodes of shows then take a hiatus for a few weeks then show a few more episodes and take another hiatus they lose viewers to other shows then say they need to cancel because ratings are down. Its there fault ratings are down. 😡
Hopefully to appease the Quantum Leap fans they will have a special show and end it with Ben finding Sam and they both finally go home.
My favorite shows when I was a kid was quantum leap and wonder years.
Original= BMW
Reboot= pink little tricycle
I was skeptical about the new series because of the old one, which I loved deeply. But after a few parts I was hooked to Ben and the crew. The new series is well structured and has also incorporated old elements and now this ending. Very unsatisfaying 🙄
It sucked all the way around. Quantum Leap fans knew this sucked
i hope Netflix picks this up
they learned the hard way, there is no Quantum Leap without Sam and Al
I'm pissed because a third season could have finally brought an ending to the original.
I liked both versions, and I hope NBC will do what they did with Timeless: make a two hour movie to wrap it all up.
I knew with no Scott Bacula it was going to fail. They need Scott. Get Scott on board no matter what it costs
Fckn NBC messed us up again where gonna have to wait another 30 years to see Ben and Sam…. The ending of season 2 was great I already had my theorys who came out the other end!
Nbc and CBS is the worst at cancelling shows that people want to see, nbc did a terrible job promoting ql, I didn't even know season 2 aired, and a lot of historical facts in the show, loved it
The rating got low because everyone got tired of waiting on Sam beccett to make his entrance.
I was hoping seeing as Janice was Al's daughter, and Magic was in Sam's brother's platoon, they could have finally leapt him back. What with Ben using gravity to zip forward or backwards in time. Find out Sam has been setting right what once went wrong for decades since. 😆 Peace friend.
@@PleaseE777vidmax (The show opens up with a shot of Ben leaping...)
When he materializes, he is looking at the TV, playing the opening of Captain Z-Ro.
Sam looks at Bartender Al, and says "Do you think that he's ready for this?"
Al looks back at Sam and replies "Were you?"
Ben turns to look at them, and says "Oh, boy!"
(Cut to Quantum Leap opening.)
@@spaceflight1019 I barely found out CaptainZro is an Old school sci fi show.
That would have been great.
NO! Just make season 3 for Peacock!😢
I liked the ending.
I hate they canceled it. I enjoyed it like the original.
NBC like we don’t know why people wouldn’t watch it.
It wouldn't be the first dual leap situation either
Bring it back it is sad
Not the first time ever. Leah the evil leader joined Sam becoming a good leaper
Oh yeah! I forgot about her!
They need to move to Netflix and Peacock streaming services
Yeah, that seems to be where all the garbage ends up

No come on it's been A great fallow up To the original and NBC is stupid if they Don't bring it back I hate when they Get you to invest In a show and Then just cancel it The reason they got An extended first season and Brought back for a second Season was because it Was a hit but Now you're canceling it That doesn't make sense Someone else please pick It up and show NBC what a big Mistake they are making !!!
Checkout Farscape and Gargoyles. I understand shows giving us fans the middle finger and canceling. These shows Finnish. La Feme Nikita was a good show that finished.
No the original quantum leap actually got ratings, and the creators were actually able to finish telling their story
season 1 was a biggest ride for time travelling fun show but season 2 was the biggest disappointment time travelling show until the ending was really really bad... nbc what the hell is wrong with you...
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I loved it :(
dance the night away Val Halen
NBC SAVE SAM and Ben, WTF NBC BRING IT BACK
It definitely sucks. Quantum leap has been pretty epic.
WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS 😡 I was looking forward to season three. BRING IT BACK!!!!!!!!
One of the few shows worth watching... this is very disappointing.
Bring it back
I think you should at least ended on a good note I make one more I can be short this way we can in on a happy note instead of people wondering what could’ve happened I think the quantum Leap the new one sitting on a happy note bring them back all three of them back then and then episodes
Way to go NBC. Cancel an actual good show. You could have given us 1 final season to wrap things up
This was good?? Not according to 95%, they were lucky they made it halfway through their first season. This was garbage start to finish.
@@martinr8278 God forbid i have my own opinion right?
It is not an “actual goof show” like you stated because it had no ratings.
@@jonburrows8602 so I can’t have an opinion on a show that I like and thought was good? Whats your problem? Did your mom not hug you enough or something?
Yeah! Have Sammie Jo be the leaper!
Quantum Leap knew how to spread liberal ideas though reasoning and fact without being preachy about it
I’ve always wonder who makes these calls? Do they even watch NBC???!!!! I guess the public needs to deepfake season 3! Let’s do this!
Don't start a show if you can't at least ri ish it NBC
Yeah, I wonder why... This could have had a lot of potential. Maybe the new guy tries to find Sam, as we all know he never returned home.
Nope, lets just remake the show and be sure to cast minorites. That will fix it!
Noooo we need sean 3
UNIVERSAL... could you just stop being dooshbags and put out the second and final season to physical media already. C'mon! Even if it dosnt sell that great at least the collection will be complete for physical collectors and it will be the absolute last loss you'll ever take from this series. It wont hurt you to do this.
Nbc have mercy oh so that God will have mercy on you
I am not shocked, the show was TERRIBLE.
This was an awful show. But I actually hope they learn from their mistakes. You can not leave out common Sense intelligence for emotional drama
Why do they make the character Ian. So annoyingly distracting. Am stopping watching 28m into the first show
Didn’t even get through the first episode. Woke shite. The original series was great. Massive disappointment, so I’m glad it’s been axed.
