Thanks for this. I play Bard but this video gave me more insight on how the cleric works then I previously understood. You have a great way of explaining everything in a way that's easily understandable even for players who don't play the class. Keep up the great work!
For 6 years I played Assassin Rogue... A few weeks ago my NW group suggested I create a Cleric. I was not happy, yet I did it for my team. I've watch a few videos from others... Until one of your older video popped up... May I say that you are a blessing! I've since watched quite a few of your videos & I'm a fan! You explain things in a way that makes sense. I've been stressed out... Yet, with your help lol... I can see the light! Grateful, that you make time... to help to explain things for a newb Cleric!
If you happen to be at-will spamming scattering light, the 10% dmg bonus from towering light is at least a little better for helping with melting an enemy. Great guide, ty
nice build! and you can easily slot out one of your power companions for the feral raptor when it comes back and which will also make space for the boost you will get from someone else in group running portobello or etrien companions
Hey! So if you have the battle prayer proc you cant charge up the angel of life feat until you charge up and release the battle prayer proc. So technically yes it will override the ability to charge the angel feat until you use battle prayer charge (if that makes sense) 😂
I messed up on my cleric a long time ago it works but I'm a tiefling. I put to many hours to back out an it worked.... with this new update since I've been off a bit all my stones are bad but to the new ones it's 1% on first upgrade .
yes they're all at the 1% now :( you can use a reagent to boost the chance a few percent but it's still pretty low or you can use a coal mote if you have any.
@@iAyva saving my ad to get vip but I don't really like the new lock boxes. I gotta open 250 to get better stuff is wild ..... don't have good motes yet I'll get there the meta has changed so much...
hi! it is the seal trader in enclave, in the first tab titled "Dragon" the map should be able to show you where the seal trader is :) they're in a lot of areas but there is one in protectors for sure!
Hello ! I like the video im new to the game playing Devout Cleric im using the same powers now but with 1 different feat, the last one instead Angel of Life i use Gathering Light, still with Bastion of Health, Healing Word and Intercession, passives Desperate Prayers and Overflowing Spirit, so the thing is if Gathering Light is good still instead Angel of Life.
I still use old tiamat set, 5% ogh and Inch, compensate for the debuff of the arms too. I am doubtful that with all the hidden buff to ogh (blessed at will, exaltation, ) it's still better to focus on this instead of criticals?
I think it's all still a good balance, the tiamat set is still definitely viable option. I like the buff from apoc set but Tiamat set is still good. The hidden heal strength buffs are still good and can be used with also capping crit strike and crit sev. the heal strength goes over the 90% with blessed/exalt/etc.. so it's good to do it all if you really wanted to max benefit from it :)
@@iAyvaave the apocalypse about to upgrading, since I don't have the bulette I utilize usually two ogh companions, in defense slot I can slot only joy dancer 🙃 that has 1 defensive bonus (Inc h), quickling I could, but since my crit and sev are quite low without procs from helmet and armor pieces, I slotted It out for drizzt. If I replace also the serene piece, crit Is too low. Thats why I equip the tiamat for the ogh that I lose without the quickling. If the group has Raptor, I switch off the Ghost, so I lose more critical. When I upgrade lightning enchantment, I could gear back the quickling, and maybe take out tiamat set for apocalypse. That's why I reflect if it's not more convenient to boost criticals and rely on hidden ogh sources, since virtually over the % cap returns are small. I don't have mtos rings, so I use the glowing for 5% ogh, If I take it out, less healings 😔 (it seems with new masterworks another higher IL equivalent will be? )
agree with everything EXCEPT forte companion bonuses all the way!! put on alpha compy, raptor, lich (this is just too good even for healer, you get -7.5% of incoming damage and thats one of your two bases covered) then cunning mimic and golden goat bonuses.
I have tested forte in and out, it's not very effective for cleric vs just having stats. I would say lich would be good if you're doing harder content or having trouble taking a lot of damage. I wouldn't disagree with the lich, however I can't say I'm not sold on forte. everyone has their own thing though :) thanks for the insight!
Forte doesn't improve your regeneration evidently. You better max out ogh and maybe criticals, so you first heal it's stronger, and you won't need to relaunch and waste divinity
@@jordanyates8541 I worded it not precisely. Forte increase your regeneration, but not so significantly, you better focus on all the other stats instead.
I am in this odd spot with my item level. I have played for many months so I am getting close to 70,000 item level. The recent event with the 4 Coal Motes as well as all of the food I got and Neverembers Hand helped me to gain a few thousand item level. My most recent additions were a Mythic power enchantment, a Mythic critical severity enchantment, and the Neverembers Hand. I play a Devout Cleric Dragonborn. I just pushed into 800,000 hit-points which is a notable amount of hit-points for Advanced/Trial Queue. I should be able to survive the Technomancers attack with this much hit-points. I used up all my Coal Motes except one so I will be focusing on item level from the Menze shop that has 2,000 item level.
I have a question I’m a Cleric Healer, I’m having trouble deciding what “Main Artifact” to use. What would you recommend I use for end game, team survivability/healing/shields/? I don’t care about my own damage output, I just care about team heals/survivability to make thing smoother for team trials etc. I have selderine, but I know there might be a better one overall. I was thinking one of the banners with 30sec uptime, or dragon essence for set bonus, or the one that revives a teammate instantly, what would you recommend?
The banners out of what was listed I’d say is a good choice, there are a lot of artifacts to choose from so it’s tough to say exactly which you should get because having a handful of them is ideal. However the banners are good options and have long uptime :)

Returning player here and was searching a build for Mod 25 and I couldn't find a good one for Devote Cleric! Thanks a lot for this.

My Main Healer is a Tiefling DC, so she uses WIS and CHA, as her +2 are INT and CHA.
This build is similar to my own, so I fully agree! 😀

Whats the best moves to kill things alone when doing campaigns?
I have a full arbiter load out I could share one day if it helps! Also it helps to have striker companions and an AoE artifact and stuff :)

Is the menzoberrean reg helm effectively functioning? If I'm not wrong it was numbers bugged initially, they have fixed it?
