thought of putting the drive axle blow the frame instead of above like normal? might get you an extra 100mm in the back at least without having to change too much

Yeah I think a foot clutch be better also for keeping the motor in the power band. I think for the gear lever I can move the linkage up give less mechanical advantage

I have a Tillotson 225 with a juggernaut driver pulled on a 30 series torque converter . I've wanted to put on a kart. I've been using it on my sfd industries drift trike. I got it up to 64mph with a GPS app on my phone. That was with the drift pvc on the drive tires lol. Just love what you do. Great channel buddy!
I think I 110 clutchless 4speed pitbike motor would be the go on this.and from what I've seen the tires they use on the race grasskarts are what you want to raise it that 25mm
The Arc welder, what a novel idea!! A man with your talent should be able to be at least as good as the Asian channels that arc weld panel steel with no warpage ?

Yeah that would be heaps but the back isn’t too bad mostly the front needs up and I don’t really want to cut the frame

It’s mostly the front I can get about 15mm extra at the back by sliding the bearings down

Ive seen alot of those tf125s when they start getting old develop a neutral between ever gear that they just like to fall into randomly 😂
Yeah there is a neutral between ever gear. It’s actually quite a good motor for it seems to have enough power
