Thanks for bringing this up. Same is the case with the nearby Mahakali Caves. They both are deteriorating.

I’m Jogeshwari born and living nearby 5 minutes walking distance from this cave..From my childhood we are hearing that this cave was built in one night by pandavas..Now after 40 years and so i learnt from this video that it was built by some kalachuri king and not by pandavas..My whole life was a lie 😂😂

"He was a pashupath , a follower of the shaivite cult..."
First time hearing the word cult being used to describe shaivism...

    • @whatsinthename7036

Here cult means Panth (पंथ) ..

@@whatsinthename7036 I know the meaning of a cult, but it is not a proper word to be used these days...
Cult these days is used for unusual and controversial spiritual and religious beliefs...
They could have just said shaivite tradition...

People should visit Jogeshwari caves with proper guidance from experts like Shri Navin Mhatre and others. The individual is putting his best efforts to popularise the caves. Now we have got various medias which can give information about caves. Pl visit the caves of 6 th century carved during Kalchuri/Traikutak/Konkan Maurya period.Heritage walks are being arranged regularly nowadays. Our country has got glorious past. Pl visit.

You tell the cave built by kalachuri kings . But you have not mention the time of kalachuri kings. The kalachuries has several branches ruled various places . In sindh, Tripura, e.t.c. ofter kalyana chalukya the kalachuri king ruled from kalyana. I wanted know which branch of kalachuri king built this cave?

Hindi mai video kiya hota to acha hota. Ye Bharat se related hai hr time foreign language use krne ki jarurat nhi hai. Ye story India ke logo ko samjne ke liye banaya hai na to Indian language kyu use nhi Kiya hai.
