You're one of the few channels that has always stressed the importance of knowing your own limits when it comes to number of fish and tanks, and I'm glad to see that you're making a change that you feel will better your lives and take away some of the burden. I can only imagine how difficult it's going to be deciding which fish to keep and which have to go! This project could help others who are feeling a little overwhelmed, also. Best of luck to you both! 🙂👍
No regrets, guys! With all those tanks you helped the hobby tremendously by all of the education and species profiles on fish most of us don't consider or encounter. But yes, set it up for enjoyment and not work. I love gallery style tanks as opposed to stacks of tanks. You can enjoy and appreciate it more when you can relax and view it in a gallery setting. I look forward to seeing the changes. Good luck with the project!
Wow, I didn't realize you had 2 fully stocked rooms, always thought it was only one large room. Do what's best for your marriage, work, and overall life imo. Awesome fish room, will be even better when you have less stress and can enjoy it all that much more.
Well I won't quit watching just because your taking your fish room back to your dreams. That's what life is all about. Ain't it? And hey, I had a tank spring a leak and had to put a bunch of guppies in my 20 long. I'm talking about 300 guppies. Of course it happened after the fish store was closed. So I had to do some thinking through and make a decision out of sheer need. Time to scale back. So I really do feel your pain. If this decision is going to make your life happier and fuller then don't hesitate. Go for it. I will never stop watching you guys. Especially over something like this. You've given me great advice and helped me alot over the last couple of years, and I'm still learning. So you better believe I'll still be asking you for help.😊 Thank you Jason and Joanna for everything you do for us.
I have to say, I will miss the old red bricks but as long as Prime Time Aquatics and The Small Scape keep making videos, I will keep watching. You have both always been so helpful and informative. Good luck with this project.
Honestly I’m glad you’re downsizing. A year ago I cut my number off tanks in half. I felt a huge sense of relief and it allowed me to focus my attention on the remaining tanks. The tanks I have now are in much better condition. I think you’ll be happy with the new direction
I have three nano tanks and I think _that_ is a chore! In fact, I even reached out to George Farmer for some advice on how to proceed. I may have even mentioned it on this channel too. So much extra vegetation, in fact, that I refuse to accept store credit at my local fish store anymore. I simply give it to them as a friendly gesture because I want to see them succeed, even in an environment that cannot sustain such a hobby. Being that they are nano tanks, that means I must do 80% water changes every Wednesday, otherwise known as "Water Change Wednesdays". Furthermore, I live in the great state number Forty Eight - Arizona. That means the aquarium hobby is not very eco-friendly in our region. Not to mention, we are getting to a point in our state where keeping fish as a hobby is practically unsustainable. Water being the number one commodity here in the Sonoran Desert which we aptly call "liquid rock". Alas, I would like to pass on my tanks to a reputable fish keeper/aquascaper. However, I do not know of anyone here in AZ that I would trust with my delicate tanks and their _very_ specific protocol. Sometimes I wish I had never started this hobby again. It would have been better to leave the positive memories of my Father's 55 gallon in place. Rather than picking up where he left off. Thankfully, we have a house so the days of moving with fish tanks is over! Moving with fish tanks is _thee worst_ second to moving my old venomous snake collection. Now it's time to move on without the tanks so my wife and I can enjoy each others company even more than we already do. Stay classy my friend.
I agree with George - at one point I did a video saying the same thing. It's ok to take a step back and revisit it later. I can totally see where you're coming from living in Arizona too!
For what it is worth -- i got my love of aquariums from my dad, but he had to step back from the hobby several times over his life. He had his first aquarium in university, then 10 years later just before I was born to when I was too young to remember, and then another 10 years later. It seems like rambling but.. depending on how much you're into it, it might be a hobby that never leaves you completely. You might take on a new approach when you next pick it up. For example, last time my dad picked up the hobby he had built a pond and kept goldfish for the first time, after being a tropical fish guy his last two stints. He also built his own tank that time which he hadn't done before.
Yours & Joanna's Smallscape channels have been my happy place in which I've binge watched whilst iv been recovering from ptsd. I love your fish room & find the occupants of all your tanks so interesting. I also love the beautiful creations, both fishy & non fishy, of Joannas. Change makes me feel apprehensive, but your family has to do what's right for you. Thinking of your viewers is especially kind, but I think you always have to keep the parts of the hobby, which give you both the most joy. Bless your boys for the hard work they've done & all the best for their futures. Thank you both for your fun, informative shows😊
I got into fish during COVID when I saw my very first butterfly koi. You really helped me set up everything. Unfortunately, my beloved fish died &, so did my love for the hobby. I completely understand your need for changes. Keeping fish even for master level fish keepers like you & Joanna is challenging. You both are amazing &, whatever you decide my family will support. Thank you for helping me get started. I literally owe you a huge thanks! ☮️💜🦊🦄🇬🇧🇺🇲🇬🇧🇺🇲🇬🇧🇺🇲🇬🇧🇺🇲
I’ve been binge watching you guys for months now. You two have been incredibly helpful when I set up a 20 gallon Betta tank for my son. And now I’m getting a 37 gallon started in my office with Angelfish as my centerpiece and tank mates based around your recommendations. You guys honestly make such a positive impact to us new to the hobby. And it makes perfect sense to make sure it still feels like a hobby! Much love for you both! Can’t wait to see more updates!
I’ve always been amazed by how you could do the upkeep of 75 tanks! Doing what’s best for you should always come first - glad to see that ❤ We’ve learned so much from those tanks and super excited to see your new set up! 🎉
All the changes sound great - sometimes sacrificing volume of tanks for quality is the best call. Due to job, travel, etc I’m at one tank currently and it’s the most enjoyment I’ve ever had in the hobby because it’s exactly what I want it to be. Props to you for your willingness to adapt & not letting this amazing hobby turn into a stressor!
I actually prefer the brick wall background more, it's almost like a Prime Time Aquatics signature lol The warmer tone makes it feel more homey, and the vertical lines hides the wires and tubing better. It just looks neater/cleaner overall 😆
I love your plan! I cannot imagine how much work that room has for maintenance! It's probably going to be a lot of work to change. I wish you luck and hopefully moving all those tanks will go smoothly without incident.
"WE should have all that done in a few days" 🤣😁 for some reason this is the first of your vids the algos have thrown me, but its sage advice, it's all so easy to slip into the more more more mentality, turning what once was a delight into a chore. Good luck with the slimdown
I dig your fish room, however love your ideas! I have several tanks but my favorite is my 240G goldfish tank in my man cave. It's the simplest to maintain and I can relax and enjoy it without stressing. Super excited to see your changes! FYI would love to see a bigger tank in your room!
Frankly, I don’t know how you do it with all those tanks! I have a 55g, 20g, and 15g plus the random 5G for QT and a 2g to raise daphnia and I hate WC day! Even with your boys helping out, you have an enormous number of tanks. And you’re right - when it becomes a “job” it takes the fun out of it. And no matter how many different fish I want, I don’t have the room or the energy for multiple tanks. Family Feud had a question “what’s the easiest pet to care for?” #1 answer? FISH! 😂😂 Obviously, these people never had fish!
Thank you for sharing this development guys. Ive started sharing the same journey on my channel regarding breaking down my fish room. No where near the size of yours, but I had 20 tanks in a 10X10 room. To much for one guy here. So smaller version same story. I Cant wait to see how you guys progress! More importantly your message has me feeling better about my decision to scale down. I'm not crazy after all lol! Personally I am already feeling less stress, and I am enjoying the new direction as I traverse through this progression in the hobby. On the same wave length I can say very interesting, and subtle benefits coming your way that you may not have anticipated ;) . I'll be looking for that video from you as well. Scaling back can be a good thing! My opinion here ? I am sure both of you will be reinvigorated ; My own personal experience is proving to be so. Wishing you all the best!
I'm amazed you went into such a lengthy explanation. There is no shame in downsizing. And keeping a few choice tanks that are optimized is almost always a better option, than keeping a multitude of redundant tanks (for hobbyist's, not talking about farms). What you described is a "Job", you may not approach it as such, but it most certainly is. Shrinking and refocusing is proactive choice. I know for me personally: focusing on only one or two tanks, but splurging for automation, monitoring systems, and high end fixtures & hardware was a much more enjoyable path. Both as a freshwater hobbyist, and now as a marine hobbyist. It cost about the same as a few dozen tanks. But, the maintenance is drastically slimmed down. And it allowed me to remove my own procrastination and dial in my own care regimes. I'm not saying you should do that; I'm saying there are plenty of us who can relate to your decision process.
Can’t wait to see how things turn out. I’d go crazy if I had that many tanks. At one point, I had 2 community tanks at 2 different houses and I eventually just decided to merge the two communities together and get rid of the one at my moms house. One of my friends had two 125’s and he got sick of having 2 tanks so he went and got a 300 gallon, put all the fish in there, and then got rid of the 125’s. One or a few big tanks is so much easier than dozens of small ones. In the future, I just plan to have a few 125-180 gallon tanks : one with fancy goldfish, one with community fish, one with African cichlids, and one with South American cichlids of some kind.
AWWW...I subscribed one year ago and loved this room! But, yes, I agree! Change is good! Have fun with the redoing of your area! I will still be tuning in!
I think fewer but larger tanks will be awesome! I only have two aquariums and it takes time with just two. Though it is a labor of love, I can’t even imagine caring for the amount of tanks you have. You guys need to do what works best for you! Looking forward to seeing the transformation. Going to be a lot of work but I’m sure it will look awesome when completed! 😊
So excited to see what this chapter brings yous, and the channel! Going to be a process, hopefully as enjoyable as possible. Enjoying your tanks should always be a priority! Going to be an awesome change for everyone. Love the videos you two make! Wishing you the best of luck getting things sorted.
I'm not here for the tanks, I'm here for the knowledge.. you two have helped so many people in this hobby. Your live streams are fun and interactive, your species profiles are amazing. 💗💗 You two are amazing for all you do.
@@PrimeTimeAquatics I wish you the best on the change! I have a 75 and and a 125 gallon currently, but I am leaving for college. I am j hoping to be able to get a smaller tank for my dorm!
Agree too much. Been checking your you tube and videos. Less is more as some have commented to me. I started to get too excited about adding another tank and doing another project on it. Best to keep it simple. Give the boys to lead their lives as well and see what else awaits them. GOOD LUCK!
I love the current fish room! I understand the changes are definitely required. The future plans sound amazing. You guys are my go-to for freshwater education, and I support any endeavor that helps you continue making great content.
I completely understand. I've had aquariums since the early 90's and downsized last year too. I'm finding I enjoy them much more now and it's become something I love again instead of constant work. Can't wait to see your new design and gallery. Your low boy has always been one of my favorites though so I hope you keep it.
I’ve been watching for four years and I am REALLY excited for the new direction of the channel / fish room! Maybe an oversized rimless tank with above the waterline elements? Or an elaborate biotope? And no matter what they choose we’re getting a raft of new build and setup videos. So many possibilities!
Looks like you already have an awesome starting plan in place. Good luck with all the movement! I noticed when you showed the goldfish tank you have some of the red spot algae. Do you know anything about it? Does it have something to do with our hard water? I have it in my tank to, but have a hard time finding information about it in freshwater aquariums.
Thank you for this video. Although I'm fairly new to the hobby, MTS was starting to hit me. This brought me back to reality, helping me understand the scale of responsibility and work it takes to maintain. I wanted something to enjoy in my basement as I relax, but I found myself spending more time (and money) going from LFS to LFS, seeing something new, researching and trying to convince myself how cool it would be to have, and lying to myself that I could maintain "just one more tank." MTS is real, and it could become a serious problem, taking away the enjoyment and excitement and making it feel like an obligation. So again, thank you.
Here I am with a basement full of vieja, flowerhorn and kamfa trying to turn it into a job 🤣 I'd make the drive to come home with a truck full of 29's lol.
So I thought I had a major project, moving and setting up four existing and five new tanks to another room in the house this year. Doing a similar gallery setup since my kids moved out this year. After seeing your plans, I feel mine is going to be a breeze. Doing something you will be happy with in the end, will make the effort all worth it. Will enjoy seeing your progress.
Gonna miss seeing all those tanks in your videos, but I can only imagine the amout of work it takes to keep them as healthy as you guys do. Definitely looking forward to seeing the new design!
One of the hardest parts of the hobby is admitting you have too much on your hands and downsizing. I unfortunately am in a similar situation. I have 9 tanks in my bedroom alone, on top of 2 in the livingroom, 3 in the garage, and 2 in my brothers room. When I get my own place (hopefully in these next few months!) I will have to downsize to 6 tanks at the max. One large, and the rest all have to be 20 gallons or under. I have put so much time and money (mainly money) into my hobby and I know I won't make much in return. I'm hoping I can combine a lot of my tanks and scape supplies, I'd hate to part with it all
Thank you for sharing and your honesty - but I gotta say I feel soooo in adequate...I only have to keep with a 6 tanks the largest being a 100 gal....LOL...Buti would really be interested in how you initially got started and ended up with some 60+ tanks...regards DanC
It’s always a win with you and Joanna 🙂 as along as your not leaving! Sounds exciting the new changes coming and your channel is one of my first times I subbed years ago. We will be with you until the end🙂👍🏻
Good for you guys. Moved to Japan this last year for so it’s been a little hard keeping up with you guys still a huge fish nerd currently in Australia expanding my fish knowledge, but you guys will always be the core thanks for everything @primetimeaquatics
Holy Scha-moly !!! Because one of my philosophies is to 'take your time' please do THAT !!! Take your time. Rule No.#1 Do not move a single tank with anything inside, not even two gallons of water or substrate, wet-vac everything, torque is what ruins seals. There is no Rule #2 just go slow and have a good time. TIP 'Elbow straps' are one of the coolest handiest moving inventions known to mankind. Scary and exciting video.
Awesome planning and vision of what you want with room adaptions along the way. Personally I just love the real brick background and darker tone of the walls. That Gothic batcavish appearance. But that's just me. I would only add some bright aquashella type of art peices to the existing background. OK I'll shut up. Thank you for sharing your plans and fishroom with us as always.
A humble suggestion. Maybe you could put your "chalkboard" television logo on a wooden plaque then hang it on a wall somewhere leaving some space around it for the old red bricks to show. Then maybe a picture frame or border of some kind around that. Kind of like the Yard Of Bricks at Indy... ?
I’m very excited to see how it turns out. I know it will be awesome whatever you do because of all those beautiful tanks! It’s coincidence but I actually just started on redoing my bathrooms and kitchen lol
be the ones with a 125 gallon nano fish tank... I'm so set on that when my wife and I buy our next house in a few years... one giant tank with a like million chili rasbora... or it would be enough floor space to try to keep apistogramma with corydoras so they could stay away from each other... honestly haven't decided the stock since it's years out yet... but would be totally happy if I could do a 125 and a 40 low for an indoor "pond" for my rice fish during winter
Hi I love all your informative videos, especially the videos on African cichlids. Your knowledge of fish is excellent, thanks for helping us aquarium hobbyists, kinds regards from dennis. Uk ex army veteran.
I think a gallery would be awesome! Looking forward to watching it all come together. I know it will be hard to say goodbye to many of your fish. But I'm sure they will bring joy to their new people. I just know it's going to be great!
It makes sense. My health has gone downhill so much I’m in a supportive living home and now I can’t keep up with an aquarium. It’s take me 6 months to be able to sleep without aquarium sounds. It was an amazing 25 years
Respect for understanding not only your own limits, but having respect for your kid's time, especially as they enter a new chapter in their life. Even though you said your son is still interested in helping , i really respect that you arent taking advantage of that. I dont think its wrong for a young adult to help their parents, absolutely not! But i think there is a difference between accepting your adult childs help for something that is affects livelihood (for example, running a business or helping in health related manners) vs a hobby (incl taking care of pets the parents arent equpped to take care of). I hate to see this beautiful fish room go, but im certain whatever comes after will be just as great! Thanks for all your knowledge over the years.
Change is inevitable. Doing it while manageable is always well-advised. Good Luck, hoping all turns out well. We will be watching. It's also gives your viewers something new to see almost every week. Has everyone heard about the guy that added on a basement extension to build and house his 33' (10 m) long dream tank? That's starting to shape up.
Good for you guys! I understand about loving the hobby and wanting more tanks, but I have no idea how you guys can keep up with all of those with a normal work week! I'm looking forward to see how the room looks when you're done!
Sounds like a win, to me! The impetus for change can, and should be, to enhance our lives, so you and Joanna should feel a sense of relief that it’s possible to make life more manageable. Go for it! I’m here, for the long run, and hope you’re able to share most of the projects you have coming up! Much love and appreciation from a little home in Utah .😘
Best of luck with all of the changes and moving forward! I'm here for it, and for you guys. Do what you need, I know the content will be just as good as always, even with fewer tanks!
Keeping up with all those tanks is not easy. I have four tanks 10g ,29g,15g, and 40 breeder. I do water changes every one to two weeks. They are in a two bedroom. Love to have more but I know it would be too much. Love your channel and good luck.
I don't envy you for all of this work coming up...lol...honestly, but best of luck. Tank tear downs are so much work as you know; I'm sure. Really looking forward to the revised content, though! I hope this gives a good glimpse into what is really involved with a real fish room for someone who's contemplating it.
We all need to change in our hobbies as we grow. I'm excited to see the changes that you make. I have learned a lot from you and Joanna. You need to truly enjoy your fish room. Best of luck to you. 🐠🐟🐠🐟 Gina H
I love you guys and hope you’ll be happy with your changes but I love the fish room the way it looks now. Of course it’s not about me. You guys inspired me to get the tanks I have now. I’m sure things will turn out beautifully but I’m feeling a little sad. Guess over the years I’ve lived vicariously through you guys. Best wishes! ❤❤❤
I would keep the low boy 50 in the middle it works since you'll still be able to still see all the other tanks if u put that taller tank in the middle it wouldn't look right. But i like the idea of getting rid of a lot of the tanks looks like way to much work keeping care of all those
I'm 67 yrs old soon to be 78 I gifted all my aquariums 60s 30s an 1. 100 I now live in Fla And have 2 20' and a 7 gal Betta Tank. It takes a bit of time but is handable...I fully understand 👍😀🐟🐠
Wow! Excited to see the changes to the fish room over the coming months. Great to see y'all set the example for adapting your hobby to fit with life changes, even if it means downsizing.
Hi Jason - Interesting and informative as always! Can you tell me what is the minimum clearance you recommend between the top of the tank and the bottom of the tank above in a stacked system?
Great question - it depends on the size of the tank (larger tanks get larger rocks and wood), but for smaller tanks I went at least 12”. Once I get to 29 gallons and above at least 15” is great! I think most of my stands had at least 15” clearance.
I’m sure your gallery will look great. I have 19 tanks and I know what it takes to maintain them. I want to setup A seahorse tank soon and will have to take a few down to do that. I hate doing it but my tanks are all nano tanks. I have 50 Gallon sea clear tank for my seahorses. I’ve wanted to get them again and to do that I need room. Sad but true. You gallery will be amazing. Thank you for your sincerity
Very prescient.. You are an educator with a life and want to minimize the tedium. Have learned a bunch from your science - based channel and look forward to more delights.
Good on you guys for knowing when to downsize. I can only imagine the amount of work it would take to keep all of those tanks healthy. I cant wait to see what you guys end up doing down there.
I hope this project will be everything you envision 😊 I would love to know more about your goldfish 😃 I'm setting up a fancy goldfish tank and I cannot find the depth of info available as there is for tropical fish or freshwater shrimp.
I am SO excited to see the upgrade!! A rising tide raises all ships, and whatever helps you, helps us hobbiests looking for help (: Thank you, and good luck!
Looking forward to the new gallery and Joanna's aquascapes. Just don't get rid of the lowboy multifaciatis tank. (Hint: update). Also, for Joanna, maybe scape a large community tank for nothing but nano fish like Rachel O' leary had

Thank you!
It’s a win if it makes you both happy and makes life better. Both you and Joanna always put out such wonderful videos!
Love this idea. Also that 150 cube would look great in the middle with an island aquascape
It has definitely been quite the journey for you guys. Can't wait to see what you end up doing for the gallery. Good luck! 👍
Thank you!
@@PrimeTimeAquatics I wish you the best on the change! I have a 75 and and a 125 gallon currently, but I am leaving for college. I am j hoping to be able to get a smaller tank for my dorm!
Great self-awareness. Seeing this on Father's Day makes me feel some type of way with my kids
Agree too much. Been checking your you tube and videos. Less is more as some have commented to me. I started to get too excited about adding another tank and doing another project on it. Best to keep it simple. Give the boys to lead their lives as well and see what else awaits them. GOOD LUCK!
I didn't know you had two sides of the fish room. But I can't wait to come along with the journey. I bet it'll be great
I love the current fish room! I understand the changes are definitely required. The future plans sound amazing. You guys are my go-to for freshwater education, and I support any endeavor that helps you continue making great content.
I love the way it looks right now, hopefully what you all do looks just as great. Good luck.
Meeeee toooo! 😢
Here I am with a basement full of vieja, flowerhorn and kamfa trying to turn it into a job 🤣
I'd make the drive to come home with a truck full of 29's lol.
I'm hoping I can combine a lot of my tanks and scape supplies, I'd hate to part with it all
Makes sense. Jenny enjoyed your tour. Looking forward to seeing the changes.
Thank you for sharing and your honesty - but I gotta say I feel soooo in adequate...I only have to keep with a 6 tanks the largest being a 100 gal....LOL...Buti would really be interested in how you initially got started and ended up with some 60+ tanks...regards DanC
Good Luck with all the changes, and Happy Father's Day 😺
It’s always a win with you and Joanna 🙂 as along as your not leaving! Sounds exciting the new changes coming and your channel is one of my first times I subbed years ago. We will be with you until the end🙂👍🏻
changing makes sense, really look forward to seeing the process and the final look... good luck, your defiantly going to be getting your hands wet
Good for you guys. Moved to Japan this last year for so it’s been a little hard keeping up with you guys still a huge fish nerd currently in Australia expanding my fish knowledge, but you guys will always be the core thanks for everything @primetimeaquatics
Learnt so much from you both. An inspiring fish room but I'm glad you're being practical and realistic about it. Looking forward to the road ahead!
Love this channel and the small scape- can’t wait to see all the new and exciting changes coming to your fish room!
Good luck with all the changes and hope it continues to help you enjoy your HOBBIE.
That’s an interesting idea!
I have a 500 340, 200 and two 54 gallon corner bowfronts. I like large display tanks and glad you are heading in that direction.
It was an amazing 25 years
Sorry to hear that!
Thank you!
Thank you both so much! You are both excellent teachers! This is another important lesson.
Great sound guys. I look forward to coming along for the ride with you 👍🏻🏴
Time for a reset to stay fresh and invigorated
Great video and I look forward to the changes. Hope to use your tips to guide me in setting up my fish room.
Looking forward to the changes! Keep us posted as the changes happen. Love your channel! 🤙🏻
Best of luck with all of the changes and moving forward! I'm here for it, and for you guys. Do what you need, I know the content will be just as good as always, even with fewer tanks!
You've never steered us wrong up to this point. I just know the new & improved fish room is gonna be great.
Keeping up with all those tanks is not easy. I have four tanks 10g ,29g,15g, and 40 breeder. I do water changes every one to two weeks. They are in a two bedroom. Love to have more but I know it would be too much. Love your channel and good luck.
Thanks Jason. T
I feel sressed sometimes with only 20 or so tanks. Great reality check!
I don't envy you for all of this work coming up...lol...honestly, but best of luck. Tank tear downs are so much work as you know; I'm sure. Really looking forward to the revised content, though! I hope this gives a good glimpse into what is really involved with a real fish room for someone who's contemplating it.
Hey it happens
Good your talking about it.
I didn’t know it was that big
I thought you guys were announcing you were moving lol
It will be refreshing for you!! I'm excited for the new fish room!🎉👏
Can't wait to see the makeover! I have 10 tanks and I think that's my limit.
But i like the idea of getting rid of a lot of the tanks looks like way to much work keeping care of all those
It is going to be so much work, but will be amazing when done! I cannot wait to see this unfold 🤗
I sure hope so!
Out with the old & in with the new. Nothing wrong with that man. Enjoy the process and refresh 😎
I'm 67 yrs old soon to be 78
I gifted all my aquariums 60s 30s an 1. 100
I now live in Fla
And have 2 20' and a 7 gal Betta Tank. It takes a bit of time but is handable...I fully understand 👍😀🐟🐠
Wow! Excited to see the changes to the fish room over the coming months. Great to see y'all set the example for adapting your hobby to fit with life changes, even if it means downsizing.
Sounds like a big project. Can't wait to see the changes.
@@PrimeTimeAquatics Thank you!
Just the move from 55g to 75g is the best thing ever.
I love all your specie fish profiles keep on doing it if you can.
I appreciate this video so much! It’s OKAY to change things up. It’s okay to have things evolve & change during different seasons of life! ❤️
I’m sure your gallery will look great. I have 19 tanks and I know what it takes to maintain them. I want to setup
A seahorse tank soon and will have to take a few down to do that. I hate doing it but my tanks are all nano tanks. I have 50
Gallon sea clear tank for my seahorses. I’ve wanted to get them again and to do that I need room. Sad but true. You gallery will be amazing. Thank you for your sincerity
Very prescient.. You are an educator with a life and want to minimize the tedium. Have learned a bunch from your science - based channel and look forward to more delights.
I like the plan! Your aquarium club will be so happy receiving your fish 😅
They’ll definitely be seeing some of them. 😀
I know what a project looks like I have whole basement waiting for me to do it .I Can,t wait to your knew Gallery.😢😢😢😢😢
Good on you guys for knowing when to downsize. I can only imagine the amount of work it would take to keep all of those tanks healthy. I cant wait to see what you guys end up doing down there.
I hope this project will be everything you envision 😊
I would love to know more about your goldfish 😃 I'm setting up a fancy goldfish tank and I cannot find the depth of info available as there is for tropical fish or freshwater shrimp.
Nice brother can't wait to see the changes. Wish the best and keep up the good work.
Simplification spunds like a good idea. I feel you on the going to far. I don't want to go over 6 at all. I just know thats too much for me.
I am SO excited to see the upgrade!! A rising tide raises all ships, and whatever helps you, helps us hobbiests looking for help (: Thank you, and good luck!
Can't wait to see process! It's going to look amazing 🤩
Looking forward to the new gallery and Joanna's aquascapes. Just don't get rid of the lowboy multifaciatis tank. (Hint: update). Also, for Joanna, maybe scape a large community tank for nothing but nano fish like Rachel O' leary had
I like it!
Hey we all get it. I to need to down size myself. I have 13 aquariums to keep up and maintain.
I almost fell off my chair when you said you were getting it all done in the few days hahahahaha
I’m not sure I’d be a functioning human being after that. 😀
