RAW // Abdo Feghali Tames EVO 9 in Tough Battle with His Brother

Much like in Deir El Qamar, Abdo Feghali appeared to have the upper hand in Falougha Hill Climb 2015 as he set the fastest times in the first and second heats, and although he improved even further on his third and final run, Roger's performance in the last heat was marginally better, and so Abdo had to settle for second place overall after what was a thrilling battle with his brother.

The whistling/"chirping" sound is compressor surge. The car doesn't run a bypass valve because it's running anti lag so the turbo compressor surges when the driver lifts off the throttle. Hard as hell on the turbo bearings and exhuast turbine, but almost zero lag.
